The apartment is located about a 5-minute walk from Bat Yam Mall, a 5-minute walk to the light rail and in a very accessible location for public transportation. Only 20 minutes walk to the beach. A light and airy apartment with good energy! The apartment has 2 rooms: a bedroom with a double bed, and a living room with a comfortable sofa that can be used as an extra bed.
