This apartment was newly renovated in 2023, freshly painted, with a complete new kitchen, newly decorated and equipped with brand new appliances, and air conditioning in the main living room and all three bedrooms. Blue Bay is a fully gated Golf and Beach Resort with 24h security. Our guests will have full access to all Blue Bay facilities including the beach with sun beds, gazebos, pool, restaurants, dive center, golf, tennis and gym.

'The Reef Retreat' luxury app. with pool and sea view

We had a fantastic stay in Lotje’s place. We loved the spacious apartment and proximity to the pool. The patio was great for our outdoor dining and catching the sun. Please be aware that there is a construction going on across the apartment and during work time Mo-Fri it might get a bit noisy. This didn’t bother us much, since we used those days to explore the island, beaches and did other activities. We can highly recommend Lotje’s place.

The beach area features a sandy shore lined with comfortable lounge chairs under palm trees. Thatched umbrellas provide shade, and the clear turquoise water gently meets the sand. In the distance, people can be seen enjoying the water, offering a sense of relaxation.

15/10 would recommend Francisco’s airbnb! He picked us up from the airport and let us rent the car from him for our stay, then drove us back to the airport when it was time to leave which was so convenient! The unit was exactly as pictured and had everything we needed. The AC worked amazing too which was much needed! The location was perfect, we really enjoyed being a short walk/ drive to a few great restaurants that were all right on a gorgeous beach. The airbnb was only a 15-20 minute drive to the Willemstad area as well. Francisco was the best host, he was very responsive and made sure our trip was smooth. We already want to plan our next trip back to Curaçao and Francisco’s airbnb!

Nothing but good things to say about Bocazul 5. We stayed there for a week while visiting my brother in law in Cuaraco. He stayed with us and we had 6 in the home and it was very spacious and comfortable. Each couple had their own bathroom and the outdoor dining and seating area fit us perfectly. Still can’t get over the views and how stunning the house was and will be missing hanging out in the pool staring at the ocean every day!

New luxury apartment - Bliss the Breeze

We had an amazing time staying here in the Blue Bay complex! The apartment is exactly as it is described and was perfect for our family of 4. Kids loved the pools, which are small but deep (6’) and the beach was a quick 2 min drive away with plenty of parking. It was great to have complimentary access since many of the other beaches on the island charge for entry and beach chairs. Niels provided plenty of towels, including beach towels, and it was easy to do laundry in the unit. Fully equipped kitchen, and I especially appreciated the espresso maker and frother! The patio overlooks the road into the complex, so while the view isn’t much it felt private and peaceful. Blue Bay is a gated community and great central location on the island…less than 10 minutes to the supermarket, 15 to downtown Willemstad, and a half hour each to Porto Marie beach and Mambo beach. We couldn’t have asked for a better location to enjoy our stay in Curacao and would definitely stay here again!
