Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Blount County

Shannon’s place is our favorite and our go to place to stay when we are working in Alabama! Such a lovely home, comfy beds, great location. Shannon is a great host and very quick to respond.

Summer’s place was the perfect place for many reasons! The location was convenient but also very private, the home was clean and Summer was very responsive! She made sure I was comfortable and had all that was necessary to ensure I had a safe and pleasurable stay in her home! Thank you Summer, I do look forward to staying here again!

The house was absolutely beautiful. Our family enjoyed it so much. The kids loved the zipline and enjoyed the pool. Our family caught some fish too!!!! After the storm we are glad the house had the emergency generator. This just made it easier to see that the house is fully equipped with any amenities that you could need to make sure any guest has a pleasant stay.

The place was cozy and super cute. The living room and kitchen area were beautifully done and cozy. Fav part of bedroom was the window right there at your head, you could lay awake in the morning and stare at the water. The bathroom was nice too. The outdoor living area was really nice. We spent probably 80% of our time there. Great boat dock too. We enjoyed kayaking and fishing. My husband caught a nice sized bass. The fire pit area was very nice also, we sat there and watched the sunset. The landscaping and solar lights are nicely done and gave us ideas for our own home. We chose place as a mini trip for a special occasion. Thanks for a great stay!

Location was great! Home was perfect. Outside kitchen was exceptional and really made the whole trip worth it. Fishing was great. The only downside was the highway across the water from us. Constant loud traffic and maybe even campers but that’s not in the hosts control and we had a great time and made some awesome memories

Exactly as described and more. The kitchen was well appointed. Extra little thoughtful touches, coffee, creamer and sugar, plastic baggies, garbage bags etc. we didn’t have to run out for anything. The place was super clean. The bathroom also thought of every little detail. Loved the back porch! Sat out there in the mornings for coffee. Comfortable front room. Yard was beautiful. We stayed at Hammocks Rest for a week during our daughter's wedding. It is a unique house that has been tastefully decorated. There is a farm house charm with an elevated feel. The rooms a spacious as we never felt cramped even with all the wedding accessories in tow Having a bedroom with a bathroom and shower on the main level was perfect for my elderly mother. She only had two steps to get into the home. The host was understanding and went above and beyond to accommodate us. There is a back patio with large table that worked well for sharing a meal. We took advantage of a relaxing front porch sitting as well. There is a peaceful area in the trees for a private vespers. We enjoyed staying at Hammock Rest and am glad our stay was long enough to appreciate the home and the work and details the owner has done to make this an extra special location.

Perfect place to stay for close access to Smith Lake Park. Boat trailer parking was easy right outside the front door and outside electrical hookup for batteries. Great little spot to stay at Smith Lake.

We were there for a wedding in Birmingham and the condo was easy on and off to 65 south into the city. The condo itself was very comfortable and nicely decorated. Everything was very clean. Rhonda was responsive and easy to deal with!!

This place is great! Very private and walkable to multiple bars and downtown attractions. Made the strawberry festival that much better
