Superb accommodation, very quiet, super cozy and well maintained, with lots of amenities and excellent bedding (totally matches the photos) and with an ideal orientation: sun in the morning and evening allowing you to enjoy the balcony and its beautiful layout. Ideally located for visits to Villers-sur-Mer (very close to the sea (on foot)) but also to the whole region (including the landing beaches), Cabourg, Deauville, Trouville, Honfleur... Accommodation close to very good restaurants not to be missed (Le Mermoz, La Digue...) but also many others in the surrounding cities. This new stay with our Host allowed us to totally unwind, with a super splendid time. We were delighted to see our Host again and to enjoy his apartment again, to find a lot of tranquility there. We highly recommend this place which will allow you to have a great and peaceful stay, and enjoy Normandy. Can't wait to come back

Accommodation true to the description and very well arranged, clear and detailed explanation from the host who is always responsive as soon as you make a request. We recommend this listing and this host, moreover we did not know Normandy and you should not hesitate to go for a trip because it is a very beautiful region and the people are welcoming. Very cozy, it feels like home. Extremely clean, absolutely nothing to say about cleanliness. The decor is perfect and Olivier is the best. Very welcoming, he made himself very available and had great tips on the surroundings (which are very quiet and relaxing) and possible activities. I highly recommend it!!

We went with our daughter to recharge for 4 days in this lovely duplex, marine atmosphere, complete equipment, very warm welcome from Cathy, a place full of history, the ocean, huge beaches, incredible light even in the rain! We would definitely recommend it!

We had a great time at Laurence's apartment. A big thank you to Anaïs, who greeted us with a smile, was available, flexible and very good advice – especially for the noon restaurant as soon as we arrived. The apartment is conveniently located, with a magnificent view to the sound of seagulls, a real little piece of paradise. We now know where to put our bags down the next time we come back to the area!

Very pleasant stay in this accommodation ideally located 5 minutes from the train station and downtown Trouville. Very clear accommodation corresponding in every way to the description and photos. I can only recommend Eric's place. The owners are very welcoming and kind. The accommodation is cozy, very well located (3 minutes from the sea, 15 from the city center), clean and very well-equipped. We stayed there with 4 (2 adults and 2 children), we felt at home. This is a great find in Honfleur, really good location for the harbour and a beautiful view. We didn’t spend much time in the apartment as we ate all our meals in the local restaurants, all of which are fabulous! Josette kindly left us a welcome basket of treats and cider and water in the fridge which was very much appreciated. You can see so much while sitting on the sofa, of the park and the entrance to the harbour, if you stand at the balcony you can see the ferris wheel across the water. When my father wanted to rest in the apartment I went and sat in the park opposite to read under a tree. I slept in the bottom bunk and my father had the double bed and we both slept really well, the mattresses were perfect. Good to have a check out with the concierge so she could see all was well. I left my sandals, my fault, and will get them when I return to the apartment on my next visit!

Sophie is a very welcoming, available and very friendly person. The residence is quiet and well maintained. The apartment is well-equipped. It has plenty of storage and is rather spacious for a 2 room. The terrace allows you to enjoy the sea view which is very nice. Had a great time and will happily go back.

Everything is within walking distance if you have decided to come and not use the car but you will not have to worry about the kilometers. The accommodation really has everything we needed, and even more. The beach is really next door. Our host trusts his tenants and we are independent.
