Trevligt hus med stor trädgårdstomt i söderläge på fantastiska Oknö! Havet finns på gångavstånd, bara någon minuts promenad från huset. På Oknö finns flera härliga badstränder och möjlighet till bra fiske. På ön finns också campingar, resturang samt glasskiosk. Huset har en ljus öppen planlösning med 2 sovrum och ett härligt inglasat uterum med utgång till trädgården. Köket är fräscht med en trivsam matplats. På tomten finns även ett växthus med trädgårdsmöbler, samt en lekstuga för barnen.

Centralt beläget gårdshus i pittoresk gammal miljö på torget där husen ligger tätt.Gångavstånd till fik, mysiga butiker, hav, hamn och skog. Gårdshus nära ägarbostad med ett rum och kokvrå.Badrum med dusch. Det finns en 140 cm säng och en liten bäddsoffa på 110 cm som passar till små barn. Katter finns på tomten och Katter o hundar vistas i huset ibland så inget för allergiker. Medtag egna lakan och handdukar alt. hyr för 75 kr per person. Nivåskillnader o trappor på tomten. Man städar själv.

Välkommen till ett inbjudande, avslappnat semesterboende av högsta klass - men med en stor respekt för gårdens historia och bevarande av den tidstypiska känslan från 1800-talet. Här hittar vi verkligen lugnet. Utsikten är vidsträckt och solnedgångarna här är magiska. Sommartid hänger vi helst vid poolen, läser i skuggan, simmar några längder, cyklar till havet och längst med den unika stenkusten. Vintertid kurar vi framför kaminen, dricker kaffe, läser böcker och myser i pyjamas hela dagen.

Stuga 80kvm med havsutsikt nyrenoverat i Mönsterås

Mysig stuga med havsutsikt på Nynäs innan Oknö.Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende med egen tomt ca 100 meter till havet nära bad och trevliga strövområden. Nära till restauranger och mataffär. Vid dåligt väder har vi ett vatten pallats badhus inne i centrala Mönsterås. Stugan är välisolerad så går bra att bo på vintern där. Nyrenoverade hela huset 2024. Har två parkeringar på tomten så går bra att ta med båt om man ska fiska i Mönsterås viken. Inga fester och rökning inne.

Åslemåla, a beautiful place on the country side

A small guest house with room for 4 people, located on the country side. Kitchen, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, stove, toilett, Tv, dvd, play station 3.....if you can not find the second bed room... look again and it helps if you have seen the movie Narnia :)....There is no shower in the guest house, but an out door shower in the garden… also no wi-fi in the guest house. A peaceful and quiet environment in middle of the nature....

Villa i trevliga Timmernabben !

Kopppla av med familjen eller goda vänner . Hus i Timmernabben, 50m från Kalmarsund .Vi har nio bäddar plus en bäddsoffa. Vid bryggan ligger en roddbåt. Med den kan ni ro ut till någon av holmarna. Rökt fisk hör sommaren till. Nabbens rökeri ligger fint vid småbåtshamnen. Timmernabben är en mysig plats som ligger mitt mellan Kalmar och Oskarshamn. Med andra ord kan vi erbjuda både stillhet och aktiviteter nära andra människor.

Havsnära fritidshus.

Fräscht nybyggt (2023) fritidshus med egen badbrygga. Huset är ljust och trevligt med badbryggan 25m från huset. Huset har alla bekvämligheter. Utemiljön kommer att uppdateras efterhand med uteplatser och dyl. Vid bryggan finns även en liten roddbåt ifall man vill ta sig en liten tur i den vackra skärgården, kanske vill ni testa fiskelyckan? Hjärtligt välkomna.
