Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Blenio District

A paradise! The rustico of Renata sits on a green plain that looks like a treasure card designed by a child, with the river, big rocks, cheese shop, secluded fir trees, cows and pigs. The interior is perfectly kept, colorful, furnished on three floors, it is always cool there (we came in times of heat wave, lucky!), the terrace opens to the east and the forests, there are plenty of garden equipment in the shed and toys for children. And how quiet! Renata had installed a crib and high chair on her own, and responded to all our requests very quickly. As we came by bus (only 4 a day in summer on the road to the pass, stop 15 minutes walk), she offered to empty our waste herself. The Lucomagno trail passes through the plain and climbs in 10 minutes to the Pro Natura center (nice little restaurant and campsite!), and in 45 minutes to Alpe Casaccia, the most beautiful place where the river is the most beautiful. It should be noted that the house in which the accommodation is located also has 2 other apartments (not rented), so we had neighbors during the weekends, but it was not disturbing at all.

We, a family of five, had an amazing time at Goffredo’s place. His place is perfect, well-maintained, offers everything for a family and Goffredo even shared vegetables from his one garden with us. Perfect location, perfect host, highly recommended.

What a gem! Really great, clean place in a very beautiful location. Plenty of space and above all dogs are allowed, which of course was a big plus for us. The property is really big and our Labrador was able to really let off steam outside. Victoria was also always available and super nice!! We will be back ❤️

Beautiful old but well renovated house in a quiet location near the bus station. Olivone is a good base for visiting the mountains.

We loved our stay in this cozy little house, with fabulous views over the valley from the terrace and the balcony. Domizia is a very kind, attentive and communicative host. We were not inconvenienced at all by the building site opposite which is described in the listing. The location is ideal for exploring the beautiful valleys of Ticino and not far from Lago Maggiore and Milan. We would love to come and visit again!

Paolo and Monica are excellent and generous hosts. They respected our privacy and at the same time were always on hand when we needed something. This traditional house is characterful, simply furnished but comfortable, and gives a strong sense of having been a family home. There is a lovely view of the valley from the outside seating area. Ponto Valentino is an unspoilt, peaceful and attractive village with several signposted footpaths on the doorstep. There is no shop in the village but with a car or by using the reliable bus service, this is not a problem. On arrival, the kitchen had adequate provisions for the first evening meal. There is no wi-fi in the house, but the hosts offered access to theirs.

The house is situated right next to the nature reserve and surrounded by forest. The stream next to the house provides a tranquil sound the whole day. Ideal for kids to run around the woods and as a start for hikes. The house has many bedrooms each with a great view and a nice fireplace for the evenings.

Excellent place, everything of very high quality. Beautiful views all around, super clean and well equipped. Perfect for a Swiss getaway, and convenient location with skiing, the famous tourist spots and Italy all not far away. Thanks for a great stay Cristina!

A recommended place to stay. Anzonica is a gorgeous little mountain village. The view is fantastic. The accommodation is simple, but you have everything you need, especially lots of peace and hiking.

Simona is a super host, mega friendly, always responds very quickly and is also flexible if you are a little early/late. The place is also as described on the pictures, equipped with everything you need and also very clean. We felt very welcome and would come back anytime:)

Very nice apartment in a nice valley. Grocerie stores are nearby. Magalie and her mother Betty are very friendly, helpful and uncomplicated.

Marina was very friendly, and always responsive. I had a lovely time enjoying the stars at night and the beautiful scenery during the day. I’ll be back for sure.

Ashanty’s place is wonderful. An amazing view on the mountains and inside a complete and cosy apartment. We did some great hikes in the environment. Everything was clean and tidy! We will come again!

Lovey apartment, 10 minutes on foot from the gondolas. Supermarket within walking distance, great amenities (pool and sauna) and Pamela was super nice and always available. Really hard to beat for a long weekend on the slopes!

Check-in was very easy and was very well explained by the host in advance. The place was clean and exactly as described. There are numerous restaurants nearby if you don't want to cook. We especially recommend the breakfast downstairs in the hotel! 😊

We booked the place spontaneously for one night and were super satisfied. The view was beautiful, the apartment clean and perfect for four and the contact was very friendly. We will be happy to come back. ☺️

We enjoyed our stay! The surroundings are absolutely beautiful! The kids enjoyed all the open space outside to play. Inside there was plenty of space for our 2 families. The kitchen is well equipped. Alice is fantastic at communicating! It is worth a mention that during the winter months the guests must attend the wood burning furnace. The road up the mountain is not for the faint of heart! Would stay again.

About as perfect an airbnb as you can imagine. James's place is his own holiday home and you can tell by all the personality it has. We stayed for a week of skiing and found it an incredibly comfortable and relaxing place to call home. It helps that James did everything he could to make us feel that way. Couldn't recommend it more if you're after a place to unwind and are the sort of person who will take care of a place as if it were your own. Deserves no less.

Salü Ronny Many thanks for your hospitality and courteous care. The apartment is very nicely renovated, the rooms are cozy and the bathroom as well as the kitchen are modern. We enjoyed the quiet location and the magnificent view of the mountains. The balcony is ideal for breakfast in the sun, in the morning we were then allowed to switch to the garden of the friendly house owners to continue enjoying the mountain sun. We just enjoyed our getaway and the beautiful views, whether from the living room, dining table or pergola. The apartment was lovingly decorated, modern and very clean. The kitchen was very well stocked, there was nothing missing. We had rented the covered parking and this was great. Was located directly by the stairs to the apartment and there was still enough space for two e-bikes. Also, the steps to the apartment were very easy to master, even with luggage. Lighted in the evening. Check-in is uncomplicated and Sandra informed us well about everything in advance and at the end. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

Beautiful spot in Ticino with a private courtyard, hot tub, grill, and cozy lounging areas. Centrally located. Highly highly recommend! Sandra was a wonderful host.
