The Baltic Sea + shopping are 5 km away. Bus stop is almost outside the door.

Die Küche befindet sich auf der gleichen Etage außerhalb der Ferienwohnungund wird von noch einer FeWo genutzt wobei jede ihren eigenenKühlschrank, KaffeemaschineundToasterhat. Das Gästehaus ist zentral gelegen und somit sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten,Bahn ,Bushaltestellen und der schöne Ostseestrand leicht fußläufig erreichbar. Auf dem Grundstück gibt es einen kostenlosen Parkplatz und einen großen Garten der zum Entspannen einlädt.

We offer you a cozy bungalow on the outskirts of Rostock for 2 people. The bungalow has been completely renovated and is located on our property in Broderstorf. There is a living room, a bedroom (linens provided), a bathroom and a kitchen with underfloor heating and dishwasher / microwave. To make your stay pleasant in winter, the bungalow is heatable. Wi-Fi reception has been optimized. A washing machine is also available.

The "yellow salon" is a spacious, stately 2-room apartment (about 80 sqm) for 2 - 4 people with marod charm and is located on the first floor of the left-hand hallway. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country. In the meantime, there are 4 apartments of different sizes, for up to 12 guests, in the house.

Our 40 sqm apartment is equipped with a combined living room and bedroom as well as a bathroom with shower. Linens, towels and final cleaning are included. You can park your vehicle free of charge on the private property.
