Great value for money, friendly, helpful and a gorgeous house puppy for a bonus! Swimming pool was always free for us to use. Nice outdoor seating area and BbQ. All the bars restaurants and cafes a short walk away. Friendly family who were kind and welcoming. Would definitely recommend

Beautiful, characterful house with a nice outdoor area with swimming pool. Near Reims and Epernay for good restaurants and champagne tastings. Very nice hostess!

For several families, we appreciated the size of the space and the indoor pool. The bedrooms are well arranged so you can have space.

Our family had a great stay at the Chateau and it was a perfect base to explore Epernay and Champagne for a few days. Xavier and Perrine were lovely and available if needed. very much appreciated the menu of cold champagne waiting on the fridge! Our kids fell in love with the place, particularly the goats in the moat! Great hosts, thanks guys x

My husband and I had a great stay at Julie’s property. She was so flexible with our check-in time which we really appreciated. The home is quite spacious and had all of the needed amenities; it was the perfect place for some R & R. We look forward to returning during the summer months so we can enjoy the pool.

Peaceful, quiet and private location. I would highly recommend. Small downside we had several electricity cut off during the night, we woke up with 11 degrees in the accommodation (-2 outside) with an A/C that no longer wanted to restart. I'll let you imagine the cold in the accommodation... but apart from this downside we're going back this summer without a problem

We didn't get a chance to meet Sandrine and Maria, but their availability and responsiveness before and during our stay was remarkable. They answered all our questions quickly and made sure everything was in place to make our stay enjoyable. The accommodation matched the description perfectly and we felt very comfortable there. As a family of 4, we enjoyed Stephanie's spacious home. The house was very private and had a lovely large garden. The pétanque field, the ping pong table and the great jacuzzi were a great added value. The village of Semide is very quiet in the countryside. The surroundings include rolling fields. Stephanie welcomed us warmly and always responds very quickly to messages. She lives next to the house herself but has a great respect for your privacy. Thank you Stephanie for a wonderful week!

We had a great time at Anaïs's house which matches the listing and photos well. Easy access for this single-storey accommodation, an appreciable exterior with children in good weather, good bedding and a large living room/dining room/very nice kitchen area.

beautiful cottage! great place to spend some family time with our dogs in a great setting! 3 days of happiness in a place as charming as it is peaceful. fenced ground perfect for our dachshund that sneaks everywhere! the hot tub is super super clean and very nice after a day of walking! jérôme recommended a great activity to do with a winemaker 40 min from the cottage! in short, I recommend it 100%.

Very well equipped cottage, designed to facilitate the stay (vacuum cleaner on all floors, hair dryer in each bathroom...). Dishes are in sufficient quantity and dishes/pots have a size that matches the capacity of the place. The rooms are very spacious. The garden and games for children are an undeniable plus. In conclusion, it is ideal to meet several families, if the opportunity arises, we will happily return to stay there because we were all delighted (3 families with 2 children each)!

The warm welcome of the hosts, combined with the authentic atmosphere and charm of the place, made our stay perfect. The house is spacious, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything one can dream of. Each room exudes history and offers modern comforts, ideal for relaxing with families or groups of friends. The bedrooms are big, bright, and the beds are very comfortable. The garden and surrounding area are gorgeous. We particularly enjoyed the evenings around the chimney. We had a really pleasant family Christmas stay at the Champenoise farm! The living room by the fireplace, the large New Year's Eve table around the stove (the kitchen opens into its extension), the foosball, the pool table, the sauna, the board games, the long walks in the surrounding countryside, there was something to delight all generations! The hospitality of Jean-Yves (and Caroline!) was perfect! For the summer, the house also has a large garden. Just thirty kilometers from Provins; ideal for a getaway! I highly recommend it!
