Quite a cozy, comfortable apartment with all amenities and felt like home, a balcony with a gorgeous view of Mount Pirin. We are a family with small children 5 and 2 years old and children with day sleep, and check-in is from 15-00, the host Stas made us an exception and allowed us to check in earlier at 13-00, which is really nice. This suggests that the host Stas is just a good person and interested in the comfort of guests. Another plus of the apartment is what is close to Mount Pirin and the gondola. We will come again! Thank you!

Had a great stay over February half term for a week of skiing. Apartment was super quiet. Lovely and warm, bigger than expected. Comfy beds, well kitted out kitchen with lots of place for 4 people to move around. Nice balcony which gets the sun in the late afternoon. Fireplace is a great feature. Didn't use it as we didn't have the time, but definitely would have for a longer stay. Not far to walk to the Gondola. We left our skis at a rental place opposite the Gondola car park and was about a 10 minute walk from the flat. Great shower, lots of hot water. Very good WiFi as well as good TV and choice of channels. Would definitely stay here again. Responsive and helpful host.

internet was a bit sketchy, but he was always trying to help with it and it wasn't his fault. he got me another router within a few hours and offered to get me a 15gb data card, which is really cool

Had an amazing stay. Apartment was very clean and furnished nicely. Dmitry was very helpful and responded immediately and was always very helpful. Another benefit that wasn't mentioned was the underground parking, meaning the car wasn't frozen over in the mornings. Swimming facilities with hotel were pricey at 60 lev for child and 80 lev for adult. would definitely stay again. As previously mentioned you do have to walk through kids room to get to main bedroom, this was not a problem for me but something to be aware of.

Vasil’s place was easy to find and check-in was super smooth. Parking was close by so we were able to walk with luggage from the parking spot. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the bathroom was functional with a really nice shower. Kitchen had everything you need but with this the fridge was intermittently making noise when sleeping but then that is to be expected when staying in a studio apartment. The apartment is in a brilliant location for skiing as the gondola station is a 2 minute walk away.. lots of choice of nice bars and restaurants literally on the doorstep of the apartment! This was the best thing for us when having to carry all our equipment. Sometimes music from venues can be heard but it was never enough for it to bother us. Overall, this was a really lovely stay and we would definitely stay at the apartment again.

Kristina was exceptionally friendly and easy to communicate with. we had a wonderful stay at the super cozy studio which is suitable for any season. It's very comfy during cold days and winter times. The pool area is right next door, 10 m away from it. The corridors are warm, so going back and forth was enjoyable (no shivering while dashing back). The last day of our stay was soo warm and sunny and turned the sunroom into a nice relaxing nuke. We really enjoyed it, like "cats on a hot tin roof" ❤️❤️❤️ 🐾🐾 Pets are allowed and the treats for doggo were highly appreciated, thanks again, Kristina ❤️ The sunroom has an outlet to the garden, easy to get out with doggo for a walk, it enjoyed the immediate access to nature as well as the possibility to look outside 🪟 The studio was equipped with all necessities, hand-poured shampoos and soaps 😁 we loved all the little details and thoughtfully placed decorations. It really felt like home. 🧸 We will definitely visit again 😍😍😍

Excellent accommodation and host. Elena was quick to reply to any messages and really helpful. Nice location with easy access to the main ski road to get the lower gondola station. Easy walking distance to the main town. Very happy with my stay - just wish there had been more snow.

Momchil was a great host! He was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The custom tourist guidebook he prepared was super helpful and made exploring the area easier. The place had a lovely view, and everything was well organized. Would definitely recommend!

Andrey and Sonya’s place was great! They were very friendly and helpful. They even made an exception for us after an issue with the Airbnb platform. The apartment has everything you need for a vacation, it was warm and cozy with a breathtaking view of the mountain. We will definitely visit again!

We had a very pleasant stay. The location is a bit outside of Bansko, but the fact that you had a very good bar in the Green Life Resort did not bother. The contact with the landlord was also extremely friendly and attentive.
