Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Bladen County

Absolutely amazing home! The host is super responsive and answered all my questions within seconds! Quiet and peaceful street just a few short steps from the lake. They leave everything you could ever need for you to use. I told them I was bringing my toddler and they had the pack and play all set up in the room for us to use, they certainly go the extra mile. The backyard is a relaxing oasis. We will definitely be back!

House was very clean and he was very responsive.

Beautiful location, unique stop. Far enough from I-95 to really get a sense of the community, close enough to make it a easy alternative to a hotel. Sierra responded quickly, fielded my questions into the evening, and was incredibly flexible. The morning walk to the little lake was magical. Thank you!

We really enjoy ourselves. Nice place for fishing & river boating. I felt safe enough for us to bring our grandkids next time, as the location is located on a private community.

We enjoyed our stay. The house is older but really cute inside! It was near to restaurants and the lake. It was clean and private and we felt safe. We will definitely stay there again!

Nice, clean home in a quiet gated community. Baytree Lake access was 2 minutes away which was very nice. It certainly was a great place to stay!

We had such a wonderful stay & Hope to return as a family next year. Exactly as shown in the pictures- everything was clean, beds were comfortable. Robin provided prompt responses each time I sent her a message. The dock was wonderful & we enjoyed the paddle board & kayaks. Our favorite part was the porch- Kids had a blast running back & forth, we ate all of our meals at the large table outside, & the view was serene. Hope to come back again!

We took a trip home for our daughters wedding and some quality family time the last week of July. We reserved Darrel’s home for our stay and it was a phenomenal place! He thought of literally everything! His communication with me was impeccable and we’ve already discussed reserving it again next year when we go back! Just a great experience all the way around! And Darrell is a genuinely nice person. That goes a long way with me! :) Definitely a 5 star stay!!

The cabin is amazing with plenty of lounging areas. We loved that a boat was accessible when we wanted to go out on the river. We had a camp fire most nights with the wood being replenished by the host. Overall, a great experience with a very gracious host and hostess.

Absolutely beautiful. Me and my now wife got married this weekend, had plenty of room for our bridal party on night one and the rest of the weekend we felt like the world could just leave us alone. No one around to bother us but not terribly far from things to do or things to eat. 10/10 will be back!

The cabin was lovely and right on the river. We didn’t have much luck with the fishing unfortunately but that didn’t matter too much because we enjoyed how nice and peaceful It was on the floating dock. We also enjoyed the fire pit and the played a few games of cornhole that was available at the cabin. The cabin itself was cozy and no issues with cleanliness or odors as another review stated. In the photos the cabin looks pretty remote. However there are other homes/cabins next to it, so just be aware. The ones on either sides of us were empty while we were there so no issues. We loved the cabin and will likely be back for another weekend getaway.

Kelly’s place is in a beautiful location. We enjoyed our stay & felt comfortable there. Really enjoyed the screen porch dining area looking at the lake. Would recommend. If you are going on the Ancient Cypress Tours it’s a great location to stay, only about 25 minutes away.
