Our stay at the Strawhouse was most relaxing and had everything we needed and more. Perfect for a couple of families. David's place was very comfortable, well insulated and cozy. the location was off the beaten track and so peaceful, we spotted some kangaroos and beautiful birds! it came with children's outdoor equipment, lots of children's books and games and adults books and movies. The kitchen was very well stocked and made us feel very welcome! Would highly recommend!

Wonderful place in Leura, beautiful house and garden. Really appreciated the two level layout which allows some privacy/separation for two couples sharing (separate bathrooms on each level, and even another small sitting area downstairs). Great for birdwatching.

Loved our stay at Plum Cottage. The house itself is a gem. Has lots of beautiful features - stained glass windows, lovely period furniture and a picturesque garden. The kitchen is loaded with utensils, dishes and pots and pans. It has heating and electric blankets for when the nights get chilly. Two modern bathrooms. After being out all day exploring the Blue Mountains, it was a cozy retreat to relax in. Close enough to walk to Echo Point and the shops. Parking is just out front on the street. Would definitely recommend this house and would love to stay there again.

Jason’s lovely home is full of characters, beautifully kept and well stocked, it feels like a home from home. Great location with an easy Walk into blackheath , beautiful wrap around garden.

We had the most wonderful stay at John and Ragna’s beautiful cottage! It truly felt like a home away from home, and we loved the attention to detail and gorgeous furnishings all around the house. John and Ragna were very proactive and responsive hosts!

This is our second stay at Kate’s and we had another fabulous stay. Beautiful, cosy property and gorgeous gardens that our dogs loved exploring. Thoughtful touches in kitchen… granola, local bread and delicious jams. A perfect time. Thank you!!

The house is beautiful and well designed. We felt right at home and enjoyed the great collection of games and books. The house is walking distance from the village. It is definitely worth staying and we really enjoyed it!

This is not the first time nor will it be the last time I stay here. If you want to go to a guaranteed, “this is a beautiful home place” then I strongly recommend it The open fireplace the wall to wall floor to ceilings windows with fantastic balcony is just great . It’s the sort of place that if I had a holiday house permanent it would look exactly like this. 10 out of 10 - nothing to fear Unbelievable place to stay

We had a great family weekend at Wild Wings Lodge. The place is so well set up for familes with the pool (nicely heated) and playground. The gardens are beautiful, as is the Lodge, which is phenomenal. We enjoyed the gym too which was fab. And also made use of the pizza oven. Overall, it was a great trip, we hardly left the Lodge, which was what we were after with young kids. We will be back if we have another opportunity too. Thanks Ally and Blake.

We had an amazing weekend at Dadirri Retreat. Simon was a fantastic host, very accomodating and responsive. The house is absolutely gorgeous wth three separate pavilions, one with the kitchen and lounge/dining areas with spectacular views, one which is a master suite with an amazing huge bathtub looking out over the trees, and the third is adjacent to the pool, with a bedroom, large bathroom and the sauna, by far the best sauna I have seen in an Airbnb. Although the weather was patchy, time in the sauna followed by a dip in the mineral pool was a lovely way to spend the day in total quiet and privacy. There are lots of great outdoor spots for relaxing and the kitchen is very well equipped including a new Nespresso machine. The beds were super comfortable with high quality bedding, fluffy robes and Leif products in the shower. Perfect spot for a peaceful getaway, we will be back. Thanks Simon!

Our group had a wonderful stay at Kurtis’s place. Very accommodating to what we needed and very helpful and friendly. The house was amazing and many areas to relax and not feel we were on top of each other. We would come back again!

Rory's place was great! the location is the best for our hiking trip in the Blue Mountains areas. Would definitely go back for another trip to the mountains.

Amy's house was perfect for us. We had a family gathering and the kitchen, bedrooms, central areas and out door covered area were great. The location was really convenient for bush walking, cafes, scenic world, Echo Point. Once again it suited us extremely well.

This is now my second time staying at Deb’s and I’m glad I chose to come back to celebrate my 30th birthday. My friends all enjoyed the tranquility and fresh air as well as all of the amenities set out for us. We enjoyed some night spotlighting, bird watching and stargazing by the fire. The place has newly renovated and looks amazing! The horses and chooks were the highlight of our stay and I couldn’t recommend the place more.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The heated pool was absolutely fantastic and made our stay even more special. The house was spacious, clean, and surrounded by nature, providing a truly relaxing atmosphere. It was such a joy to wake up in the morning and see kangaroos nearby! The host was very kind and provided clear and helpful instructions, which made everything smooth and easy. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. We would love to come back again!

I'd definitely consider rebooking within. very easy going host, proactive, responsive, polite, great swimming pool, amazing house overall and most of all loved the daily kangaroo visits. 😀😀😀 the place so peaceful and cosy we barely left the house. highly recommended!

Beautiful spot, with a beautiful home, feeling cosy and roomy with adequate space for 4 adults and a dog. Friendly neighbours and quiet surrounds, the occasional freight train running through Blackheath station which didn’t bother us, would stay again.

A really awesome spot. Perfect for the stay with our family including a toddler who was delighted with the toys and books available (super handy not to have to pack these!) really ticked all the boxes...v powerful shower, devine deep bath, really well kitted out kitchen and loved the design of the place too....i was inspired to steal some interior design ideas!

We spent our kids-free long weekend visiting Lithgow and we're glad we found this place on Airbnb. We didn't get a chance to meet Linda, but Steven was a great host, he greeted us upon check-in process, very friendly and informative. The cabin was rusty style with nice touches. We love the information sheets that they provide for local attractions and restaurants/cafes, making it easy to find places to go. Overall it was a pleasant stay and we wouldn't hesitate recommending this stay to anyone who wants to visit Lithgow and surrounds.

It was the perfect stay for what ended up being a rainy trip! The home was cosy and had plenty of thoughtful additions that made us feel like we could relax and enjoy the home given that we were limited from going on any outdoor hikes etc. A good collection of music and games to play indoors. (The shower and bath were also divine!) Given the rain particularly, it was a challenging driveway to come in and out of with our 2WD but we got there in the end! Overall, we would visit again!

Steve's place feels like home. It's decorated nicely and is very spacious. We felt very comfortable with 3 adults and 2 children. The kitchen is equipped with quality appliances and a lot of cookware. Location is great too. It's a place that we would love to come back to when we come to the area again in the future.

Lisa’s place was exactly as it was in the pictures; beautiful from top to bottom. Communication was amazing and we had no issues finding anything as it was all in the instructions. The place itself is so well taken care of; it was clean, beautifully decorated, the amenities were great, and the extra little things like the gaming console and coffee machine made being in the place even more beautiful. Lisa’s recommendations came in handy, but once we’d gotten settled we opted to stay in for dinner both nights because we didn’t want to leave the home. It was a delightful stay, and we will definitely be back. Thank you Lisa and crew for an amazing weekend getaway.

Suzie is an exceptional host - kind, helpful, and accommodating. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Her place is immaculate, neat, and perfectly located within walking distance to the train station. We loved our stay and highly recommend Suzie's place to anyone visiting the Blue Mountains.
