Waterfront vacation rentals in Black Rock

Beautiful resort. Our apartment was spacious and clean with a lovely patio and outdoor shower. It was only a two-minute walk to Swallow’s Beach and very close to Pigeon Point. Highly recommend The Pasta Gallery for their seafood pasta. Had an issue with the TV internet cutting out but it was resolved by disconnecting and reconnecting the ethernet cable at the back of the TV. Would definitely stay here when I return to Tobago.

This airbnb was amazing! The host was very responsive and great! The airbnb itself was decorated gorgeously and felt like paradise! It was hard to leave the airbnb to go do activities because it was just so nice to hangout on the gorgeous deck and listen the waves crashing. Couldn’t recommend this airbnb more! There was only two very minor things about the airbnb that wasn’t optimal (mainly us being picky). The water pressure in the showers are fairly weak and you can’t run both showers at the same time, but was still good enough! It would be nice to have some more condiments such as salt, pepper and etc but we aren’t from the area so not sure what the norm is. Like I said very minor as it’s very hard to find anything wrong with this airbnb.

Had a great stay at this location It was exactly the space needed for the number of guest I had with me while exploring Tobago for my first time. Will definitely go back and if and when that happens this location will be the first place to try and reserve a place. I would definitely recommend it to others as well.

The beautiful aesthetic of the home was welcoming & cozy. Cascadia, the host & entire team were all highly responsive & accommodating. This stay inclusive of all amenities was top tier & well worth the price! Special mention to Marquis who was truly supportive!

Location, location, location. I did not see another rental property that is as well positioned as Dexter and Stacey's. Literally right above the ocean with tremendous views of the nearby beach. We stayed for 3 weeks and I know we spent hours and hours on the deck, listening to the waves crashing on the rocks below us and watching the birds in the trees. There are so many different species that frequent the area it is amazing. The deck gets a really nice breeze and the sun does not hit it so it is always pleasant there even when the temperatures are very high. Tobago is an absolutely beautiful island as are the people. I can't say enough about it and highly recommend a visit. You certainly won't be disappointed with renting from Dexter and Stacey. They were always very responsive. They respected our privacy but were there when we needed anything.

I stayed for 7 days and the apartment is absolutely amazing, upon arrival there was a welcome basket with lots of goodies. The bedrooms were big and spacious and very comfortable. The 2 bathrooms were very convenient and clean. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans and dishes. The beds were huge and very comfortable. The air conditioning units in all rooms worked very well. The living room was very comfortable with the 2 couches. All the rooms have ceiling fans that work very well and keeps the air circulating. The porch/veranda area has lots of seating and the view is absolutely fantastic. Everything you need for a fabulous vacation is provided here including beach towels, robes and towels to shower. I’m definitely coming back. Would recommend 100%.

My stay at Villa Anhinga was simply the best, the place was extremely inviting with its beautiful decor, homely feel yet modern and sophisticated, the place had everything a guest could desire, the host has to be credited for their attention to each detail that contributed to a remarkable stay, sitting outside watching the sunset was breathtaking, I enjoyed watching the waves crashing and the birds, the pool was inviting on a hot day. The beds were comfortable and everything that you could possibly need was provide for a worry free stay. I received a welcome basket, there were so many nice goodies in it, such a unique and nice touch. The host was amazing, so helpful and communication was excellent. My stay was beyond my expectation and would definitely be recommending the Villa and of course returning myself to such a Gem of a place with wonderful host that ensure you are comfortable throughout your stay. Definitely would recommend if you are visiting Tobago for work or relaxation.

Fantastic location to relax and enjoy the view. All rooms designed to be able to walk onto the balcony that overlooks the sea. Very well laid out.

He greeted us at the villas upon arrival and gave us a full rundown, ensuring we were well-acquainted with the space—especially since our group was large and we occupied both villas. Throughout our stay, he remained incredibly accommodating, even when we experienced a tragic loss. His kindness and willingness to support us during that difficult time meant the world to us, and we are truly grateful. As for the villas themselves, they were nothing short of perfect. The spacious layout allowed everyone to have their own space without feeling overcrowded, and the amenities made our stay even more enjoyable: ✅ Access to a pool ✅ Fully stocked kitchen ✅ AC throughout the houses ✅ Beachfront property ✅ Safe and secure environment ✅ Stunning rooftop views We couldn’t have asked for a better host or a more beautiful place to stay!

Lovely Ocean view within walking distance to the beach. Listing was spot on and the host was excellent. Highly recommend.

**Paradise on Grafton Beach!** We stayed in this beautiful 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom beachfront apartment, and it was absolutely perfect for our group of six adults. The space was spacious, and immaculate, offering plenty of room to relax. The real highlight...Direct access to Grafton Beach—the water was calm, crystal clear, and ideal for swimming. Every evening, we were treated to gorgeous sunsets right from our balcony. Location-wise, it couldn’t have been better. Great dining options were just a short 5–10 minute drive away, making dinners out effortless. If you’re looking for a serene yet convenient beach getaway, this villa is a dream.

My buddy and I stayed here because we were playing in a golf tournament which was close by. We could actually see the golf course from where we stayed. We didnt make use of all the amenities but they were there to be used. No issues whatsoever.

Frank was incredibly helpful and I appreciated his support when my daughter forgot her AirPods. They were accommodating hosts when minor issues popped up and prompt in their resolution.
