Vacation rentals with a patio in Black Lake

We were in Gananoque for a family wedding and Tyler’s place was the perfect spot for my family to stay. The location is great - just steps from downtown and an easy walk to the riverfront. Pictures of the space were accurate. It was clean and well-appointed. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for breakfast. We especially appreciated the makings for coffee. Tyler’s communications were prompt and clear. There was lots of information about area attractions, games, videos and the snacks were a nice surprise. I would definitely recommend Tyler’s place for a stay in beautiful Gananoque!

We usually stay at the hotel this time of year, but because they didn’t have a river view room we decided to book this charming place. So glad we did! We are thinking about booking again next year. Clean, spacious , excellent amenities and terrific view that can’t be beat!

Mark's house is in a very central location to explore the area. The house was recently renovated and clean. Check in was easy. There are not a lot of amenities in the house (e.g. no tissues, shampoo, soap), so be sure to bring those with you, but it is otherwise comfortable.

This is a beautiful, hidden gem in the Village of Waddington, NY. The apartment has a beautiful view of the St. Lawrence River a gorgeous patio and access to the river. It is beautifully decorated, everything inside is new, we felt we were the first to visit! Finally I can't say enough great things about our hostess, Michele, she made our stay very comfortable! Thank you, we'll be back!

Very nice place to stay. Decorating and function are thoroughly thought out. Kind and organized hosts. 2 flights of stairs, so not suitable if you are limited physically. You won't be disappointed staying here.

Our stay was amazing. Simply put the lake house us relaxing, with everything was easy. The home is clean with everything we needed for the best mini vacation. Our dogs enjoyed the comfort as did we for having a space we can travel that is inclusive to dig parents. The lake house is a home, away from home that provides a space to visit with family who live in this area. The scene out the windows I pure magic. If you're about to visit Dexter , NY and near by towns, this is the only and the best place to stay . Located on the Black River side you have the unique opportunity to enjoy extremely beautiful view without leaving the house . Moreover , we are frequent Airbnb users , and this house is outstanding and gets only the highest scores . Spacious , comfortable and with all the stuff you need is there . Even if you're some kind of capricious person , Susie and Dean , owners of the property , are always happy to hear something from you and make your stay much more comfortable than you've expected. Sometimes you see pictures of property , and when you arrive , such a feeling , that you booked something different . It's not about that property , it's much more nice and comfortable in real than it seems on the picture . I do strongly recommend that pleasant place to stay . It was an unbelievable experience staying there. Would come back there definitely

My family and I had a comfortable stay at the cottage. There was more than enough space for the 7 off us. My toddler enjoyed playing in the sunroom. The location was quiet, yet very close to Clayton and Alex Bay. I would stay here again on a trip to the Thousand Islands.

This was our second time staying at Fern’s place and it was exactly as we expected. Fern is very detailed oriented and her place shows it. We truly enjoyed everything from the comfortable furniture to the well stocked kitchen to the spectacular view. We hope to be back in the future!! Linda

We adore clayton ! We travel to the area all year and Richard's place was perfect for our winter break . We needed a place to regroup and connect as a family and it was perfect . The space is beautiful , all the design touches and detail really make it welcoming and a place one can relax . The downstairs was a comfy place for our family movie and game nights with our two little ones . The house is just a few blocks from the cafe , local shopping , library and the big park . Richard was kind , responsive , and patient . We were delayed by weather and not only was he understanding but allowed us to stay an extra day so that we got our orginal length of stay booked. I just cant say enough about yhe kindness showed to our family . Dont hesitate to book your stay
