The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.

Nach einem Ausflug auf der Schwäbischen Alb könnt ihr hier Entschleunigen und das Albpanorama vom Balkon aus genießen. Unser Gästezimmer kann von zwei Erwachsenen und bis zu zwei kleineren Kindern (bis 12 Jahre) genutzt werden. Auf Anfrage stellen wir kostenfrei ein Klappbett und ein Kinderbett zur Verfügung

Unsere Ferienwohnung (40qm) befindet sich in unserem Neubau mit separaten Eingang und bietet alles was man für ein paar erholsame Tage benötigt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten jeglicher Art sind innerhalb weniger Gehminuten zu erreichen. Die angrenzenden Wiesen und Wälder laden zu kleinen und auch grossen Spaziergängen ein. Si le Z3 est déjà réservé, n'hésitez pas à essayer le Z1 😊 Venez vous laisser bercer par la lumière et les sons de la nature dans le filet suspendu et la terrasse au milieu des arbres. Le Z3 est un petit havre de paix et de repos, parfait pour 2 personnes. Attention sentier escarpé pour y accéder 😊 Nous avons mis en place des réservations fermes au vu des annulations sans motifs, mais nous restons ouverts à la discussion en cas de problème ;)
