We had an amazing week staying here! The hosts are very responsive and welcoming! Ivan met us to give us the keys and even carried our giant suitcase up to the third floor! Any issues we had were addressed immediately. The views are absolutely incredible and the location is right in the heart of Old Town. You can walk to anywhere in the area including the ferry port and there are tons of restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Split again!

We had a fantastic time. Katja was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. There was ample space with three balconies which was great and we enjoyed sitting out in the sunshine. The bus stop was 1 min away taking you to the Old Town but we used Ubers most of the time which were very cheap compared to the UK. We had a supermarket and bakery just underneath with lots of restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely recommended this place to friends/family. Thank You

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment on the seafront. Our friendly host facilitated an early check-in and welcomed us on arrival. The apartment is comfortable, clean and perfectly located to gaze at the sea, jump in for a swim or wander into the old town within minutes. A perfect stay!

What a great place! I can only echo other reviewers...the view, the design, the bedroom, the host—all are top notch. I particularly liked that there is a ton of storage and closet space in the bedroom, so we could stow all our stuff and keep the space uncluttered. The home area is serene, but the palace area is less than a 10 minute walk and is hopping with restaurants, stores and people. We did a fascinating city walk with Ancient Tours that overviewed the history of Diocletian's Palace and gave us a good intro to the city. Ate at Fetivi (very good food, best meal), Adriatic (gorgeous views, decent food, expensive), sandwiches at Foccacina (amazing!) and, for our first night, great pizza at Basta right across the street from the house. The weather in mid october was delightful (70's).Never got to the point where we were bounding up those steps, but it was definitely worth it.

Beautiful, spotless, and modern apartment with a tremendous view of the ferry. Comfortable bed and large TV. This Airbnb brought me back to what Airbnb used to be, standards exceeding the local hotels at the given price range. You don't see it as much anymore but it was great to see here.

We stayed at Seget Vranjica over Christmas 2023 at Villa Rozana in the apartment in the attic apartment (2nd floor). The apartment is as shown on the pictures. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. There is a small Studenac and Tommy supermarket within walking distance. The view of the sea is very nice, we were lucky with the weather, sunshine every day and 12-17 degrees outside every day. We felt very comfortable in the apartment, with the air conditioning you could heat well. In the season, no restaurants are open in Seget Vranjica. In Trogir (about 5 km) away there is plenty of gastronomy (limited on Christmas holidays). It is nice that you have the overcrowded places almost to yourself in the summer. Good starting point for excursions along the coast (Trogir, Sibenik, Krka Falls). Mislat welcomed us and was always easily accessible and helpful. We loved our stay.

Nika's apartment is at a fantastic Airbnb located right in the heart of Dubrovnik’s Old Town just beside Stradun street. The location is absolutely unbeatable—just steps away from all the historical landmarks, charming cafes, and picturesque alleyways that make Dubrovnik so special. It was such a treat to be able to step outside and immediately immerse myself in the vibrant atmosphere of the city. The apartment itself was very well decorated, and very comfortable. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodated my early check in request. If you’re looking for a place with the perfect mix of convenience, comfort, and charm in Dubrovnik, this Airbnb is a must! I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to experience the best of the Old Town.

We loved staying at Slaven’s place near Vela Luka. It was an amazing, tranquil location with no one else around. The best part was swimming in the crystal clear water right next to the house. Like other reviewers have said - we’d love to keep this special place secret. Korcula is a beautiful island and the old town is absolutely stunning. We loved that due to the islands remote location the island remains fairly quiet even in the height of summer. Slaven was an absolutely fantastic host and really made us feel welcome. We can’t recommend this location enough!

Our week at the house was idyllic. The views of the cove are stunning and we loved making dinner on the outdoor bbq as the sun set. The private jetty is the highlight and perfect for swims. We also did a few runs around the town and in to the hills - the smell of the pine trees was wonderful. We flew in to Dubrovnik and rented a car at the airport, which we used to do a big food shop at Lidl before taking the ferry to Mljet. The national park on the other side of the island is breath-taking. We hope to come back next year for more R&R. Highly recommend!!

Absolutely beautiful! two girls went away on a girly trip. Accommodation was perfect, safe neighbourhood, safety locking on all doors made us feel really comfortable. Very peaceful, incredibly done! Hats off to Josipa. Amazing job and we will return 110%. Despite the weather raining which was highly unusual we were told from the locals we felt at home with Netflix, snacks etc. Balcony was perfect for early morning reading, sunbathing, swimming. Just perfect. Kitchen, bathroom, bedroom was all perfect. Thank you so much Lucinda and Lauren

Our family had the most wonderful time at Darija's place. If you enjoy dipping into crystal clear water right at your doorstep, want to unwind and relax, you will love it there. Stomorska is a charming small village on Solta, less than an hour by ferry from Split. All the people are lovely and helpful. We spent most of our time with long swims, late lunches and aperitifs on our own terrace with a view, ice cream or dinner nearby. Don't miss to do a boat trip around the island. Darija was super responsive and welcoming, and her parents Dado and Jadranka treated us to a fantastic BBQ. All in all: perfect. Thank you!!

Bruno's place was a really special experience, looking out into the sea from your bedroom window at the little fish with a coffee and listening to the waves on waking and going to sleep. The summer kitchen is also a bonus, it's down on the ground floor right beside the private swimming bay. Bruno was so friendly and picked us up at the Port and gave great recommendations for local cusine and places to visit. It felt very safe and was easy to walk around the bay. Unfortunately we had to leave a day early than we had booked as I was unwell but Bruno even refunded us for the night without a second thought which was so kind and thoughtful. I would definitely recommend his place. It is a little sweet slice of authenticity in a modern world.

If you want a total change of scenery, in a fully renovated fisherman's house, at the bottom of a small cove, Romano's house is for you. We spent the 3rd week of October there with great pleasure. While most restaurants are indeed closed, and the days end around 6:30 p.m., the absence of tourists, the good weather and a water temperature around 20°C were decisive assets.

We two couples spent 3 wonderful nights at Vladimir's amazing home in Hvar. The house itself is beautiful, spacious and luxuriously appointed. We wish we had even more time to spend on the 2 long-narrow balconies: one off the kitchen facing a charming narrow pedestrian-only street and the other off the first 2nd floor bedroom facing the harbor. One could sit for hours on that second balcony at night watching the sunset, the activity in the harbor (from pure calm & quiet with no boats to an evening of giant anchored yachts with boisterous parties and crowds of people enjoying the balmy air and people watching) -- and glancing up at the Hvar cliffside fortress. The house is right in the middle of things, but set back a short block and completely soundproof with the windows shut. Vladmir is a super responsive host (and local), always available and even going out of his way to help with reservations at popular restaurant. A truly magical place.

Antonela was great! I didn’t get to meet her in person just because of schedules but I did meet her son and he was great too. The location couldn’t be better and there is plenty of room in the flat to be more than comfortable. She was very communicative and had the inside scoop on things in split. I definitely would stay again for sure. I really enjoyed the place and her hospitality!

Best location, best view, best rental I have ever stayed at in regards to having everything you need. Great bed, lots of hot water, groceries stores everywhere. We just really felt like we were home. When we come back next year if the rental is available we will definitely rent again.

Lovorka and her family were extremely friendly and welcoming. They even invited us for dinner - which we were super grateful for. Their home is the perfect vacation home - it has its own private beach, where we sat and watched cruises and boats sail by. We swam in those lovely transparent waters every day, never getting enough! The entire apartment has been elegantly renovated and is only 15 minutes driving from Dubrovnik. The rooms are spacious and the beds confortable. It would have been nice to have comforters and extra pillows, as well as a center table in the living room, as there is only one small side table and not enough space to place things. The bathrooms were clean. We had a great vacation, were able to rest and disconnect. Old town Dubrovnik is beautiful. We had dinner there several times at lovely restaurants. Overall, we are super happy having stayed at Lovorka's home and hope to return next year. Thank you!

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.

We loved our stay! The standalone house is near the beach, though we mostly visited others nearby. The two bedrooms were great—one with twin beds and a sea view, the other with a king bed facing a peaceful garden. The place was spotless and well-equipped with a washer, dishwasher, and a cozy kitchen. We especially enjoyed the two terraces—one sunny with a sea view and the other shady overlooking the garden. The hosts were amazing, especially during the hurricane. We had a wonderful time and made great memories. Thank you!

The apartment is in a good location, plenty of food around, right beside a grocery store. 4 minute uber to old town. Apartment was equipped with everything needed and more. Host was easily contacted and prompt. Had a great stay. Would stay again. 5/5 would recommend. Also the place was spotless. Very clean.

[ + ] Bikes, kitchen, beautiful neighborhood. [ - ] Dilapidated old mattress, slow upload on WiFi. Not perfect, but the love and attention to detail is apparent throughout. Gorgeous area, too.
