Huset är ca 100 m2 stort i två plan och ligger ett stenkast från en större mangårdsbyggnad mitt ute på landet i de småländska skogarna. Du tar dig till Kalmar och Öland på 30-60 minuter och till Nybro för att handla på tio. Det finns duntäcken, en vedeldad kamin, en bastu i skogen och katten Doris bor gärna hos dig om du vill ha sällskap.

Watch the sunset over the ocean and the island of the Blue Virgin (Blå Jungfrun). Walking distance to the unique rock formations "Raukarna". Swimming, Hiking, biking, jogging at your door step. Many golf courses nearby. The guest house is located on a large property about 80 meters from the water and 20 meters from the main house, which is occasionally occupied.

Enjoy a rural stay with modern comfort and space for 6 – two sofa beds downstairs, one double and two single beds in the loft. Duvets, pillows, kitchen and toilet towels are included. Bring your own bed linen and towels, or rent for 100 SEK/set. Shower and washing machine in a separate room. Garden, forest and meadows nearby. Bathing spot 2.5 km away. Uncleaned stay will incur a cleaning fee of 500 SEK.

Fully equipped summerhouse with a fantastic location in the peninsula north of Oskarshamn. It is located on an "island" in the archipelago north-east of Oskarshamn, ~ 20 min by car. The area is called Dragskär. The "island" is connected to the mainland via a small natural pier and short bridge. Road goes all the way to the house. Here starts the marvellous east coast archipelago. From the big 20 sqm sun lounge/patio you have a direct splendid view of a small bay in the Baltic sea.

The cottage is perfect for those seeking a quiet seaside location with wonderful archipelago and nature to explore. The idyllic Revsudden is 10 minutes by car, Kalmar (Sweden Summer City 2015 and 2016) 15 minutes and Öland 25 minutes. Boat with electric outboard motor (0,5 HP) and oars included april-october.

Stuga med sjötomt och egen strand samt egen brygga. 3 sovrum, 1 rum med en dubbelsäng, 2 rum med varsin våningssäng, samt en bäddsoffa för 2 personer i tv-rummet. Dusch och WC med egen brunn samt varmvattenberedare. OBS, tvättmaskin saknas. Hyresgästen tar med egna sängkläder och handdukar. Tillgång till varmt bad (39 grader) året runt med cirkulation för rening. En roddbåt ingår, medtag egna flytvästar. Stugan är rök och djurfri! OBS! EJ för festande gäng!!

Med vackra omgivningar, närheten till Borgholm, spännande utflyktsmål och det charmerade Djupvik är platsen både unik och otroligt lätt att förälska sig i.

Välkomna till vackra Västervik! Huset på 30 kvm innehåller ett fullutrustat kök, ett komplett badrum med dusch, Sovrum med 2 bäddar och sovloft för 2 personer. Kuddar, täcken, sängkläder och handdukar ingår i priset. Självklart finns Tv, Wi-Fi och Bluetooth högtalare. Cyklar finns att låna, det är bara ca 10 min till Västervik Resort och ca 15 minuter till centrum. OBS! Huset har byggts ut 2025 för att få till ett ordentligt sovrum.
