Stenhaga - house by private lake

Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sandy beach. Floating jetty with swimming ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here on Airbnb. Fishing included. Salmon planted in the lake. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 130/salmon. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely to the side, large opening out to the balcony. Floor 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wifi, Apple TV.

Fantastic location, private lake side property

Fantastic cottage with open plan, 90 sqm. Completely renovated 2022-24 with new modern bright kitchen, granite benches, dishwasher, induction stove with oven, microwave. Wooden floors in spruce and tiles in the winter-insulated outdoor room. New bathroom, underfloor heating, washing machine. Lake plot with own fishing water included - with casting rod or fly rod. Wood-fired hot tub directly on the lake. Large lovely wooden decks, by the house and directly by the lake, with new garden furniture. Possibility to rent canoe and rowboat and borrow 2 bicycles.

Stove, microwave, coffee maker and fridge with freezer compartment available. Smart TV with Chromecast and Soundbar with Bluetooth connection. Bathroom with WC, shower, washing machine and dryer. This newly built house with its own plot is located right by the lake Furen. A very quiet location in the middle of the forest where nature is really in focus. Access to a boat is available for cozy fishing trips or to take a trip along the Helig Å which can be a magical experience. Here you can sit and cozy up both inside by the large panoramic windows or out on the terrace and enjoy the view of the lake. Perfect cottage for fishing or relaxing but still close to Växjö (20 km) where shops and restaurants are located.

Meet our lovely red cottage in Småland surrounded by forest, hills and lakes. With all the comfort you need for a pleasant stay. Enjoy a cozy evening by the wood stove. The house has a big private garden where you can relax and make a campfire at the fire pit. Go fishing or take a swim in one of the lakes nearby. With a bit of luck you see deer and foxes from our sunny porch. Go skiing at the ski-slope, visit a moose park or go down the zippline. From April to October we rent out 2 kayaks.
