Charming guest cottage in the countryside

Renovated guesthouse for 2 people, that belongs to the estate. Smoking is prohibited in the house and on the property. Animals are not allowed. Suitable for shorter stays near Linköping or Motala. Simple kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave and two induction cooktops, for breakfast. Toilet and shower. There are two beds in a loft with a fairly steep ladder. Bring your own bed linens and towels. On the ground floor, there is a sofa bed for two people. Instructions will be sent after booking.

Välkomna till vårt nybyggda gästhus som ligger lugnt och naturskönt mitt i levande landsbygd ca 20 km sydväst om Linköping och ca 15 minuter från E4:an. I gästhuset finns sängplatser för fyra personer och en bäddsoffa för två personer. Som dagsutflykter kan rekommenderas Kolmårdens djurpark, Astrid Lindgrens värld, Omberg, Gränna/Visingsö. Inom en halvtimmes resa tar du dig också till Gamla Linköping, Flygvapenmuseet, Göta kanal och Bergs Slussar mm. Till närmaste badplats är det ca 2 km.

Det är en stuga på landet med lugnt läge ca 10 min från E4:an söder om Mantorp. Huset är på ca 50m2. Ett sovrum med dubbelsäng, vardagsrum med bäddsoffa och öppen spis. Vardagsrummet är öppet upp till nock. Över sovrummet finns ett loft med två madrasser som kan användas som extrabäddar. Köket är fullt utrustat samt med diskmaskin. På tomten finns också en friggebod med en våningssäng. Stor lummig trädgård med uteplats och grill. Priset gäller för 4 bäddar. Extra sovplats 150sek/bädd.

Just outside Klockrike we rent out our guesthouse. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, living room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker and utensils. Bathrooms are located downstairs (with sauna, washer and dryer) and upstairs. Please note that bed linen is not included but can be rented for a fee. As the apartment is located on our farm, agricultural machines can pass outside the house during parts of the year.

Nybyggt attefallshus med absolut bästa läget på nordens längsta insjöbad och en av Sveriges finaste stränder. Med promenadstråk, caféer och restauranger är det en plats som har något för alla. Det långgrunda, rena vattnet ligger skyddat i en vik som är perfekt för surfing och kajak. Nära till padelbanor, tennisbanor, minigolf. Inga husdjur tillåtes. Lakan/handduk medtages själv, men kan hyras för 100 kr/person. Tillställningar/partyn undanbedes. Vattenpipor/rökning ej tillåtet!

Historic house from late 1800's. Original details with a modern brand new kitchen. Fully furnished in an eclectic 80's style. White washed floor planks throughout the whole house. New bathroom with a 5 person Sauna. Walking distance to town. Grocery, pharmacy, liquor store, pub and restaurants within 10 min walk. 500 m to the lake for a morning dip. Välkomna att njuta av sommaren i vackra Klockrike på Östgötaslätten. Bor gör ni i Appelgården en villa från början av 1900-talet som renoverats i gammal stil invändigt under 2020. Med en egen insynsskyddad trädgård och med betande hästar utanför tomten. Med 20 min biltur tar ni er till Varamon, nordens största insjö med 5km naturlig sandstrand. Linköping nås med bil( ca 20 min). På en timme är ni Kolmårdens djurpark eller 1,5h till Astrid Lindgrens värld.
