Beautiful, high-end, secure, and beautifully furnished 30-m² studio in Bab Mateur. It is composed of one room with an open-plan kitchen equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, oven, stovetop, range hood, microwave, hot and cold air conditioning, a TV with IP-TV, internet, and a sofa bed. Closets and storage and an bathroom with a walk-in shower with water heater and a courtyard. It is located in the city center, quite close to public transportation and surrounded by stores, cafes, and restaurants.
