Absolutely loved staying at this place. Mr. Hossein & family took good care of us and the property was amazing! No place better to stay in Bishkek!

The apartment is very nice and spacious. The windows are well placed to allow plenty of natural light and fresh air with cross breezes. Being at the rear of the building, this relatively quiet apartment is very nicely decorated. I really like the character of the furnishings and the mix of mid century modern and traditional. All the furniture is comfortable including the bed. Heat and AC both work well, depending on your season. I have stayed in this apartment before and decided to come back because it is so nice. Karina, the owner, is very nice, always quick to respond and very helpful if the need arises.

Het appartement is heel schoon, ruim, mooi en van alle gemakken voorzien. De communicatie verliep soepel en we hebben erg genoten van Bishkek en ons verblijf!

Elvira is a great host, as always. This is my second time staying at her place, and I’ll definitely choose it again in the future. The sheets and towels are clean and of good quality. The neighborhood is safe, with cafes and parks nearby. Highly recommended!

Остановился в этой квартире на одну ночь. Все было чисто и удобно, а также имело все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Хозяин был очень гостеприимным и полезным. Рекомендую эту квартиру для будущих посетителей.

Rent och fint boende! Värden är lätt att prata med. Jag checkade in 04:00 am och det var inga problem.

place exactly as advertised. host is a very friendly and flexible person, speaks English and you can feel he worries about the guest. location is also good, close to the centre.

Such a great location and a very peaceful apartment. The apartment was perfectly clean and so welcoming. I liked that it wasn’t cluttered. The lighting was great. Everything was fresh and comfortable. I would stay here at anytime in the area. Also, the host was always helpful and the self check in was easier than ever!!!! I highly recommend!!!!

Beautiful apartment on par with any in Europe. Apartment is large and exactly like the pictures. The home is located in a high end neighborhood with great restaurants nearby.

We stayed in this cozy apartment and absolutely loved it! The space is very well thought out—everything you need for a comfortable stay is there. A big TV, heated floors, and a fully equipped kitchen make it feel just like home. The location is excellent—everything is close and convenient. The self-check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. A special thanks to the host, who was always available, responsive, and ready to help. We highly recommend this apartment for a comfortable stay and will definitely come back again!

Ich gebe dieser Wohnung und auch Dastan 5 Sterne. Vom Check-In bis zum Check-out hat alles gepasst. Dastan kam uns freundlich und hilfsbereit entgegen. Bei Problemen und Fragen habe ich in kürzester Zeit eine Antwort bekommen. Außerdem hat er die Wohnung sehr schön eingerichtet und man fühlt sich in dieser Wohl. Die Lage der Wohnung ist auch mehr als perfekt. Wenn man in der Wohnung war, war es schön ruhig und es gab keinerlei Störungen von draußen oder von Nachbarn. Viele Restaurants, Läden und Sehenswürdigkeiten waren gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Anastasiia was an incredibly gracious host—she was responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home. The location was perfect—close to key attractions, public transport, and local cafes, making it easy to explore the city. I especially appreciated the little touches, like the thoughtful welcome pack and local recommendations she provided. If you're visiting Bishkek, I highly recommend staying at Anastasiia’s place. It’s a perfect spot for both relaxation and adventure!

Отличный вариант для долгосрочной аренды! Мы пара удаленных работников, которая большую часть времени проводит дома и много готовит еду. Во первых хочу отметить, что коммуникация с Адель была приятной и быстрой. Ее сестра Бермет нас очень гостеприимно встретила, помогла добраться из аэропорта и помогала потом с любыми вопросами. Во вторых нам поставили новую плиту! Сейчас в квартире стоит мощная электрическая плита, на которой приятно готовить. Кроме того на кухне ОЧЕНЬ много посуды :) В третьих - квартира довольно просторная и, на самом деле, она больше, чем на фото. Есть отдельное пространство с рабочим местом у спальни, высокие потолки, отличная кровать, плюс на кухне/гостиной еще один стол для работы. Помимо этого в обеих комнатах есть кондей, в гостиной удобная зона для отдыха с телевизором, громадный балкон со стульями и столом, где мы обычно завтракали Интернет работает хорошо, для звонков хватает. В 7 минутах пешком есть 2 хороших магазина - "у Дома" и гипермаркет Алма. Плюс в Бишкеке отлично работает доставка Glovo, можно заказать и продукты, и из ресторанов (советуем попробовать Wasabi суши). Во дворе есть парковка, но мы не пользовались Бермет помогла нам с временной регистрацией Из минусов - разве что подъезд выглядит обшарпано, иногда были перебои с горячей водой (но в ванной есть бойлер, его нужно просто включить), кондеи не супер мощные (но это не критично, так как квартира не нагревается даже в +40)

Yulia’s flat was very convenient and comfortable! She responded immediately, was very helpful, and speaks English well. We highly recommend her flat to other travelers! It is comfortable, clean and in a great location. Our guests from Europe loved staying there.
