It is located in the center of a forest of about 25,000 square meters that can be used in full. The place is very quiet; the street is private with a gate. From the property, there are several paths that allow guests to take relaxing walks. La Casetta di Trignano. Really close to the mountain (for those who love hiking), to the Sanctuary of San Gabriele and 40 minutes from the seaside and the Adriatic coast. 1h from Pescara, 2h from Rome Airports by car or bus. The structure, fully fenced, has got a private entrance, 3 car places, a patio with table and chairs in the private garden, a vegetable garden and a small orchard. Two bedrooms each with a private bathroom, kitchen, dining room with sofa-bed and fireplace, extra bathroom.

Log cabin with great view

The cosy log cabin is located separately on a small-scale nature campsite, between ancient olive trees. The hut has a living area including a kitchenette and a sleeping area for two people. Around the cabin you can see the peaks of the Gran Sasso on one side and the high mountains of the Majella on the other side. At the terrace there's a lot of privacy. The municipal access road to the site is a little steep. Within walking distance you can find a pizzeria and during the weekend an agriturismo.

This place has a special meaning: originally, this apartment was our father's workshop, where he spent hours working with wood. It is a place full of pleasant memories, moments lived and shared. Cabin of about 40 square meters built with Canadian-style wooden logs, the house consists of a living room with kitchenette, fireplace and sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom. the cabin has a perimeter garden for exclusive use and a small veranda. The house is tastefully furnished in rustic style and equipped with everything you need for a carefree stay. the owners live permanently in a cabin located on the same land

CASA BELVEDERE

Small newly renovated house in the historic center of Castiglione Messer Raimondo, halfway between the mountains and the sea. From the balcony you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Fino valley with the villages of Montefino and Castilenti in the foreground. Castiglione offers tranquility to its guests, excellent traditional peasant dishes and tasty countryside products (oil, wine, pecorino cheese and our arrosticini).

A few minutes from the sea and ski slopes, nestled in the hills of Pescarese but only 25 minutes from the sea, 40 minutes from the mountains and a 5-minute drive to the highway. Only SMALL dogs are allowed. The villa is inhabited by the homeowners on the upper floor but they will be present mainly only for check-in and garden maintenance, while guests will have full privacy and autonomy of the ground floor.
