The premises are located on the ground floor of a small villa surrounded by olive trees on the hill of Città Sant'Angelo, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, about 10 km from the Pescara Nord exit of the A14. The other unit of the villa is occupied by the owner. Ideal for a relaxing stay between beaches and mountains. Accommodation tax of €1.50 per person, max. 10 days.

Really close to the mountain (for those who love hiking), to the Sanctuary of San Gabriele and 40 minutes from the seaside and the Adriatic coast. 1h from Pescara, 2h from Rome Airports by car or bus. The structure, fully fenced, has got a private entrance, 3 car places, a patio with table and chairs in the private garden, a vegetable garden and a small orchard. Two bedrooms each with a private bathroom, kitchen, dining room with sofa-bed and fireplace, extra bathroom.

Casa Fenice is located next to an olive grove and overlooking the cultivated fields of neighboring farms. Across the valley of the Saline River you will see the vineyard of San Lorenzo wines, the medieval villages of Elice and Castilenti, and small suburbs with support businesses for the farmers in the area. The nearest neighbor is 200m away, so with the exception of the occasional friendly farmer on his tractor, you are able to enjoy the blissful peacefulness of country living.

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

From here, in just 15 minutes, you can easily reach the beautiful beaches of Roseto and Pineto Blue Flag in the Cerrano Marine Park, and for mountain lovers, dive into the fantastic Gran Sasso Park and Monti della Laga in a short time.

This place has a special meaning: originally, this apartment was our father's workshop, where he spent hours working with wood. It is a place full of pleasant memories, moments lived and shared. We hope to let guests who choose it experience some of its atmosphere and serenity.
