House vacation rentals in Birżebbuġa

We really enjoyed our stay in Matthew & Elaine’s town house with our 11 month old daughter. Communication was friendly and fast and when we missed a baby chair Elaine came to bring it to us right away. It should be noted that there is a lot of construction going on, at both sides of the house, but it’s not on a all day every day basis so it didn’t bother us too much. The walk to the beach is beautiful and it’s also easy to walk to the town square with some bars. If you have a rental car the whole island is easily accessible. Last of all we really appreciated the ‘welcome package’ with some fresh produce. Thanks!

We had a wonderful stay at Fifty-four Zero - the house is really unique and the view from the pool is breathtaking. Anton was proactive before and during our stay and very responsive when we had questions. Recommend hiring a car to get to restaurants and places of interest.

Lovely quiet part of the island to stay and the house was private and in a quiet neighbourhood. The island is small, so all can be visited easily. The BBQ & outdoor dining was great to use and the pool is larger than the average pool and great at the start and end of a day.

We loved staying at this property! Was so spacious and the pool and jacuzzi were great for when we had some quiet time on our trip. The property had everything you could need and the hosts were so responsive to our questions and helped organise transfers when we needed them. The welcome package was a lovely touch as well as we were delayed arriving so didn’t need to stress about finding a shop to get us started. Would definitely stay again!

Have just returned from 2 fabulous weeks at Christian and Lara’s beautiful farmhouse and fully concur with the previous positive reviews. If anything the whole experience exceeded our expectations from first communication to the day we left. There is a parking space but car rental really isn’t necessary as the bus service is excellent and provides access all over the island. A 7 day bus pass (tallinja card 25€) allows unlimited travel on all services on Malta and Gozo including the express bus to and from the airport. Taxis are plentiful and good value with an Uber from Gozo ferry terminal to the property for under 10€. The hourly Gozo fast ferry is also great value and takes only 45mins to Valletta. Christian and Lara are lovely hosts and they have obviously put in a great deal of effort and attention in providing everything you need to make your holiday truly memorable. Absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending.

What a lovely place! We had a wonderful time, accommodation was perfect for our needs, clean, tidy, comfy, we really enjoyed the pool especially the kids, my personal favourite was enjoying a morning coffee on the balcony. Many thanks!

We had a great stay at Joe and Lillian's lovely place. They were super-helpful giving us clear instructions and directions, as well as good tips for local places to go. We had one question while we were there and Joe responded straight away. He also took the trouble to call to make sure we were OK after a storm swept over Gozo one day (thankfully the storm didn't stay!). The property is really comfortable and full of character and rustic charm. We loved the upstairs terrace which is a gorgeous sun trap and we also enjoyed spending time in the lovely garden enjoying the afternoon sun. The location is nice and quiet and the village square is within walking distance - in addition to the impressive church it has a few good places to eat drink and have coffee - we tried most of them! We really enjoyed the walk to one of the local bays which Joe had recommended, and all in all really loved our second visit to the island of Gozo.

We had a great time in this super-equipped duplex to feel at home. The bedding was very comfortable. And after long walks, what a pleasure to relax in the heated jacuzzi pool. The house is located near shops and activities and well served by buses that take you everywhere. It's a rental that I really recommend. I'll be happy to go back. We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment in Bormla! The location is fantastic – just a short walk from the waterfront, historic sites, and the ferry to Valletta. The neighborhood is peaceful and full of local charm, offering a true taste of Maltese life. The apartment was perfect for our family, including our two young children. We were also pleasantly surprised by how easy parking was – we could comfortably park our rental car on the street nearby and were just a 2-minute walk from the apartment. Inside, the apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated with thoughtful and charming details. We especially appreciated the family-friendly touches – plenty of space, useful kitchen amenities, and even a washing machine. Our host was incredibly kind, helpful, and communicative throughout our stay.We highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a warm, authentic, and comfortable stay in Malta. Malta is a truly wonderful!

Beautiful house in a great location. Enjoyed catching the ferry to Valletta then coming back to the peace and quiet away from all the crowds. Great views from the roof terrace. Lovely restaurants an easy walk away, especially enjoyed sunset cocktails at Regatta and eating by the waterfront at Aqua blu.

This was a great air BnB. Good location, friendly hosts and excellent facilities. The house is hard to imagine from the photos, but it is wonderful. Beautiful, homely and very practical too. Well-equipped kitchen, iron, washing machine, shampoo/shower gel, tea/coffee and hair dryer all included. Comfy memory foam mattresses. We loved the little courtyard/terrace space and appreciated the quietness too, whilst still being super close to town. A great location for visiting Mdina and Rabat’s own sights of interest. Also very close to the bus stops to connect you with other sites. Overall a lovely stay in a lovely place.

The best Air B&B I have stayed in! Super clean and a lovely outside area. The only thing I would say it would be a bit of a squeeze for more than 6 people as one of the bathrooms is a en-suite. Thanks for a lovely stay :)

We had a fantastic stay at Strawberry farm! This property is such a rare gem with plenty of space, beautiful decor and a hot tub on the roof. The location is great for exploring but still with plenty of amenities. I would highly recommend staying here. Thank you Elias for such a wonderful stay 🍓

We have just had the most wonderful holiday in Malta. Eman's property is situated in the most perfect spot to enable you to explore this great island. You don't need to hire a car. The public buses are frequent and we also used the red hop on/off buses. Just down the hill from the property is the waterfront where you can catch the ferry or water taxis. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby and up in Victory Square. There is a small shop a few doors down and a larger convenience store near the waterfront. Eman's property is even better than the photos. It's a great space and the roof terrace is the icing on the cake. Eman makes you feel very welcome. He's quick to respond to any queries and really helpful. We highly recommend.

A fantastic spacious apartment in a great location. Every where is easy to walk to and so close to the bus station which is great for the airport. The hosts were very responsive even sending a video on how to work the coffee machine - thank you. I was slightly worried about the street noise at night that was mentioned in another review. There is some noise but you soon get used to it. This is a great apartment and I would highly recommend. Thanks so much for a great visit.

Living at Paddy’s charming studio flat is a really great experience, and Warren is an amazing host. We felt right at home, and we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable as well as special. Il-Hamrun is not exactly a typical tourist area, what you get instead is an inside into local Maltese life. The restaurants, the bars, the local corner shops, wherever we went we met extremely friendly people, and they remembered us when we came back. And yet, there are many bus routes nearby, going to all the touri-hotspots when you choose to do so. Coming back ‘home’ to Paddy’s in the evening felt like coming to an oasis, we spent a lot of time outside in the patio area. If there was anything wrong, then it was the mosquitoes, be prepared :) Warren provided us with further valuable insider tips (thank you, Warren!!).

My wife and I spent close to three weeks in Martin‘s place and we loved every minute. First, the view was outstanding. We never tired of watching the harbour activities and the ancient city of Birgu. Second, the studio apartment was thoughtfully designed and thoroughly provisioned. We absolutely had everything that we needed for a long stay. Third, the location would be hard to beat. We were just around the corner from the Saluting Batteries, restaurants, various historical sites, and grocery stores and pharmacies. Fourth, despite being so well located, the apartment was extremely quiet. As a result, we slept soundly every night. Bottom line: we were extremely delighted with Martin’s place.

Great location literally a stones throw from the bay. Great views from the balconies on both sides of the house. Charles and Kirsten we're very helpful hosts. A short walk to Marsaskala Harbour where there are some good places to eat and 30 minutes bus ride to Valletta. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a truly AMAZING stay at Bebuxxa Farmhouse :)! We were with a group of 12 and were sooo at home here. The large kitchen, the outside aerea with a beautiful pool, grand living room with cosy couches and even a fireplace for which Steve arranged some firewood for us! All the rooms were beautiful, spacious and clean. We really loved the view over the green lands and the sea in the background. Sunset and stars were truly mesmerising! When we come back with another group next year we definitely return to Steve's place :)! It's private and luxiourious and homy all together. Steve answered very fast to all our questions and accomodated us really very well. Grazi, grazi :)!!

We really enjoyed our stay! The place is perfect the rooms are beautiful and the facilities were great! The whole place was really clean and had everything we needed. I had a great stay in Malta and the location of the property was perfect for my days out. All bus routes to get around Malta were a 2 min walk away. Valletta Upper Barracca Gardens were a 10min walk away for a lovely evening drink overlooking the Grand Harbour. Perfect accommodation for what I needed
