Vacation rentals in Birmingham Gardens

Thank you so much Julie for letting us stay in your beautiful home! The location was perfect for a peaceful getaway over Easter! Stayed with a bigger group, so plenty of space to hang out together, or separately if needed. Beautiful yard for pets and very close to the beach and shops. Would definitely come back!

The property was spacious and very clean when we checked in. The view of the ocean from the property was something we all enjoyed. Being so close to the beach also added to the fun. Yong Hui was extremely responsive when we i initially had trouble accessing the property. He was also accommodating of the request for some extra time after 10 am ( usual check out time) to check out as i was feeding my 10 month old. Loved the property and would highly recommend it

Lovely little cottage with beautiful view across the lake.

Carmen was nothing but friendly and upfront from the very beginning. We felt very informed and safe. Carmen’s property was exactly like the photos (although the scenery was MUCH better in real life) Lovely and clean place, including the sheets and towels. The extra bathroom (outside of the ensuite) is perfect for a place housing so many guests. We also received a beautiful welcome gift, which was very thoughtful and delicious.

Stayed with my parents who were over visiting from the UK! They absolutely loved the location by the lake and throughly enjoyed waking up to kangaroos in the back garden!

4 of us stayed in Jenni and Kristy’s villa over Easter and what a trip it was! I would highly recommend this villa as there is so much to do in the area, the golf course on site was amazing and the villa was very well kept and extremely clean. The attention to detail was excellent and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa to a friend. We would love to go back!

Vicki and Doug's place was excellent, they were lovely and great to deal with, they had thoughtful and generous inclusions and the house is lovely. The pictures don't do it justice, it is much larger and more spacious in person. The amenities are great, the lake at sunset is beautiful and the house is close to the heated pool, so would be great in the cooler months as well. We will definitely be coming back, and would recommend the house for anyone looking for a holiday.

Lyn's place was lovely, it was in a great location with the ferry close to travel to Newcastle. The house was very tidy with great amenities, kitchen, BBQ & beds. Lyn offered us local information & was very accommodating with anything that we needed. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for something in this area.
