I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the cleanliness, quiet atmosphere of the unit and the special treats (popcorn, coffee, spices, tooth brushes, makeup removers, etc). Thank you for your thoughtfulness.

I liked it so much that I’m going to book it again for my mom. Clean living room & bathroom, comfortable bed, easy access, and great tasting restaurants blow and across the street.

Only 10 mins from the airport, this is a super cute apartment at the top of a hill in a private residential area. While the hill is steep, it makes for a very pretty view from the patio area! Most restaurants/bars/shopping are within a 15-min walk or 5 min drive, which allows for convenient outings for those without a car or cheap ride-share options. For an apartment complex, we never heard any of our neighbors, which was nice. Erin was great! She was very nice and accommodating for all our travel needs! My only suggestion is maybe a portable fan, as it can get a little toasty in the bedroom (if you’re anything like us and prefer to be cold when you go to sleep). Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful apartment!! Very clean, spacious rooms and bathroom. Bed was very comfortable! Shower was amazing! Enjoyed keurig and air fryer! Unfortunately we only got to enjoy rooftop lounge area once cause we got lucky, otherwise access is not permitted to Airbnb guest currently, due to a large party of people going wild! That was disappointing, however, the hosts was apologetic about it and I understand it’s not their fault. Otherwise, we enjoyed the apartment and location! Gated, lots of security cameras. Tip: Make sure to take key fob when taking trash!

My husband and our two friends spent a weekend here and loved the Green Tea Room! It’s more beautiful than the photos listed!! The king bed was so cozy. The bathroom & shower were clean and beautiful. It was a very peaceful space full of beautiful things. The kitchen was also so fun to cook in with older, but fully functional appliances. The lake has a lovely walking path that was stunning at sunset. Would recommend!

Carol’s place was clean and well appointed. She was very responsive and also accommodated late check in. There isn’t much around but it’s about a 15 minute easy walk to the convention center.

Overall I had a very good stay. Finding parking was a little bit of a challenge but other than that it was a very nice apartment, everything worked as it should. The area was very peaceful and overall enjoyable. Would definitely recommend.

This is the fourth time I’ve stayed here and I will continue to come back as long as it is available. My favorite place to stay in Birmingham!

We made a last minute reservation and it was late evening, nevertheless Josh was responsive and informative. He provided clear check in and check out instructions on time. Apartment is clean and cozy. Amenities listed are actual and match the description. Good place to stay, would definitely recommend.

We booked Faith’s place due to a barons game Friday. Luckily, the apartment was literally right in front of the field so not only was the apartment in walking distance but was located near a Publix and a lot of good eats. We had a magnificent view of the firework show and to top it off. There was another barons game the next day. The space was very clean and the interior design was very nice. I was a tad frustrated during arrival but Faith even offered to come let me in since I was having issues (my fault) but I would definitely recommend booking! You will not be disappointed.

I truly enjoyed our stay. Very clean, neat, and easy to access. Parking in the front was always available. The location was close to everywhere we needed to go. Would stay here again, and recommended to friends.

Will's place is exactly as described and looks just like the pictures. He was an amazing host, very responsive and would definitely stay here again. Everything was clean, beds were comfortable. Condo was quiet. Location and view was great!!

Great space with a huge shower and comfortable bed and couch. Perfect size for a couple. Great central location. Was under 10mins to everywhere we went.

Wonderful apartment near many shops and restaurants, walking distance to UAB, you do not need a car. nice neighborhood. Host Suzy is very helpful and responsive. Will return.
