Here, a newly renovated apartment is rented on the 1st floor — near Svendborg Centrum, the Archipelago Trail and much more. The apartment has its own entrance, small kitchen, dining area and living room with sea view, 2 x double bedrooms, WC & bath. Possibility of bedding in living room. On the south-facing terrace overlooking the strait there is also the possibility to sit outside and possibly light up the grill. Note: We have a dog (peaceful labrador) on the ground floor.

Small unique annex by the lake.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Der er terrasse omme bagved og foran, så alle mand kan sidde og grille. Indenfor er der et stort og åbent køkkenalrum med TV stue. Der er 3 værelser samt en åben hems/værelse med soveplads til 8 personer i alt. Huset ligger lige midt i centrum af Marstal med 100 meter til havnen og 200 meter til gågaden med indkøbsmuligheder og cafeer.

Enjoy the summer at Stokkebygård in our beautiful cottage with the spacious and lovely garden. There is a nice kitchen with dishwasher, a spacious bathroom and two bedrooms.
