Claudio is very helpful, the directions are clear and the apartment is comfortable. It is a central place if you want to go out and explore, it is 15-20 minutes from the tourist places. We don't need to bring anything from home, the apartment has all the basics to survive.

Very comfortable and clean

It is a spectacular apartment, it overlooks Ecuador Park, it has good decoration, tasteful accessories that make the stay much more satisfying, it also had coffee and tea and a table on the beautiful terrace.

Excellent place to vacation as a family, many activities for entertaining, impeccable swimming pool (not so hot... it is not so hot... it is the south of Chile, but in very good condition of cleanliness and good size for swimming), pool table in good condition and other games in a casita apart from the main house, good quality tennis ground (a lot of maleza and bush around yes, that they p***k their hands to recover the balls), quincho for roast with outdoor light, and green spaces with fruit trees, sun and shade areas... a lovely atmosphere!!! The house itself, simple in its furniture and equipment, but in good condition, clean, cool, and with space / volume that makes it very pleasant. Too bad because the insects outside don't allow you to eat quietly in the outdoor spaces, but eating inside the house was nice so it wasn't frustration having to eat inside. The attention of Juan Manuel and his 2 excellent brothers, with special mention to Miguel, always attentive.

We went to a training and the stay was very positive, close to the center and accessible. The hostess was concerned about leaving everything perfect for us. Very quiet and family-friendly spaces and atmosphere. I would go again.

Excellent cabin for 2 people, clean and tidy, the area is quiet and easy to get to, Sara gave us very clear instructions to enter and was always available for any questions.

Wonderful place , tranquility , the house with all the amenities , Roberto a great host , a safe place to enjoy and disconnect with the family , if God allows it we will return , 100% recommended also important to mention the proximity of local businesses, special mention for Don Hugo and his lady for his kindness . Tarek is a great host, his instructions were very clear and he was very concerned at all times to answer our questions. The refuge is wonderful, always warm with fuel available so you never get cold. The setting is breathtaking, a real connection with the mountain and its natural landscapes. If you're looking to rest peacefully, this is the place. Near the house there are many views, you won't get bored.

We had a very pleasant night at Katherine's place! The surroundings are very peaceful and it is located a few meters away from Route 5. The house has all the amenities and a nice terrace for breakfast and lunch. We would stay at this place again:)

Jorge's apartment is as shown in the photos, the location is perfect, you can get to all the downtown places on foot. In addition, he is very attentive and helpful, he was flexible with the check out and attentive to the questions we had. Recommended and 100% sure to return when I go to the beautiful Concepción!!

An excellent place!! Nice and very central

The accommodation matches the description very well, the kitchen is fully equipped, including extras such as tea, coffee, dressings and much more The place is very quiet, there are not many people, at least on the date we went, so there was no noise and we did not bother either. It's in front of the beach and if you don't have a car, the bus leaves you right outside and to take it, the same, either to go to downtown Tomé or Concepción. Next door there is a pub, mini-market, liquor store, hardware store, everything is very accessible. 100% recommended.

The place is very cozy, clean and friendly. Everything was in perfect condition and you could see the care in every detail. The view of the city is really beautiful, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. We were very comfortable during our stay.
