Judika's place was neat and tidy. It is really what you see is what you get. Judika also really helpful and friendly. With the price listed, it feels like a steal. Definitely won't be my last time stay at Judika's place.

Great room, although not new, and aircon is very cold! The breakfast is ok, there isn't a kitchen as listed in the room, just a very small fridge and kettle, there is a circle k next to the hotel so you can buy drinking water. The room is on the top floor of the hotel, parking is free. Check in and out is very fast and easy, make sure you go to the hotel and not the apartment building next door! If you’re looking for a place in Jakarta look no further. Firstly place was neat, clean and stocked with things you would need. The views were magical, being on level 48 you could see everything. Secondly location was perfect. Connected to Grand Indonesia mall for shopping and dining. It’s also a small walk to Plaza Indonesia and a market called Thamrin City. At night food stalls pop up so if you’re looking to try authentic Indonesian food it’s right there. Fabyanje and her team were outstanding, kind, friendly responsive and very accommodating. I could not fault this stay at all. We felt like we were staying in a luxury apartment for a fraction of the price. Thank you so much Fabyanie, we hope to stay here again soon!

Joddy made my month-long stay in Jakarta incredibly welcoming and seamless. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, always ready to handle any challenges or last-minute requests that came up during my stay. The weekday cleaning service and quick response to any issues made everything so convenient. Joddy was always available via message, which was especially helpful as a foreigner navigating the city, whether for local recommendations or any other needs. Gusti is a wonderful host, very friendly and responsive, we really enjoyed meeting her. Pick up and drop off are easy to arrange, and Gusti also has a car and driver available for rent (and a scooter if you want!). The apartment was perfect for our needs - it is spacious for a studio (bigger than the photos) and we didn't feel cramped as a family of three (2 year old daughter), staying for a month. Well furnished, it had everything we needed. Gardenia Boulevard has a nice feel, it is nicely located near Kemang and on one of the main roads leading to the CBD. South Jakarta is easy to access. There is a gigantic pool and the minimart (Foodhall) is a better standard than most apartment minimarts. All the lifts work! A minigolf course, tennis courts and some nice walking areas are out the back. Cleaning service efficient and friendly, as are staff in general and taxis simple to organise. Very close to busway as well for CBD access, and 10min walk to Pejaten Village shopping mall which has Hypermart and plenty of shops/restaurants. Wifi access was good, it dropped out a few times but Gusti quickly organised someone to repair it. Thank you bu Gusti!

Avec une amie nous avons passé une nuit dans ce logement et cela convenait très bien. Nous n’étions pas très loin en voiture du centre. Hestri a fait en sorte que quelqu’un nous accueille malgré l’horaire tardive à laquelle nous sommes arrivées malheureusement et nous la remercions pour cela.

Rika is a great and reliable host! She responds to my messages fast and she even helps when I need something. Her instructions are super clear so it's easier to check in and out. The room is very comfortable, it's a complete set. We like the ambience and vibes of it. It's really good for 2 people, we also appreciate the welcome note and drink. She even prepared an access guide which is really informative and helpful. The place is close to LRT station and bus stop so it's easier to roam around. Overall, it is a great experience. Timothy was an incredibly responsive host and always available. He went above and beyond in responding to my concerns to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible. Timothy’s place is well located, in walking distance to AEON and a few minutes drive to the Breeze.

Great place and location one of the top airbnbs I stayed at, and appreciated Niken adding extras in the room such as juices, and yogurts as well as toiletries.

Such a homie place! The bathroom was super clean, and for a space this spacious in a strategic location, it’s really affordable. Easy access to everything, and the big glass window gave a beautiful city view. The host was super responsive 24/7 :) thank you

Super host! Deze reageert altijd op tijd, schoonmaak en ander onderhoud is makkelijk in te plannen. Er zit een café bij het appartement en een kleine supermarkt. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en je kunt hier ook gebruik maken van de sportschool + zwembad. Mijn ervaring was echt goed! Je zit wel ver van de stad, en de wijk is niet modern. Al is alles makkelijk te bereiken met Grab of Gojek.

Lovely location, close to where I was working. On-time responses. But masjid nearby can be a rude awakening, as it was a lot louder than expected.

Overall ok but one thing that a little bit made uncomfortable. When we requested check in early the host not inform that the unit not ready. Then we change the plan to look around outside first till the time to check in. Suggested to inform at the beginning so we can arrange the time accordingly.

If you are planning to stay in North Jakarta, this place is worth to stay. You can walk to Baywalk mall and there are food stalls in apt building. Indomaret, Alfamart also there. The place is clean and they provide towel for 4 persons. There is AC in 2 bedrooms but no AC in living room. Overall the place is great and Bu Lim is really nice host. Thank you Bu Lim! :)

The place is super cozy, clean, and smells great. Everything works perfectly, from cooking and dining equipment to even providing extra trash bag refills. Gokil! There was a small issue with the Wi-Fi, but the host handled it super quickly. Right after I asked, they followed up with a technician, and since it was a tech issue, the host even gave a 100k refund as compensation.
