Place was nice, although the location besides the road, but at night ambience was very quiet and comfy. Each room quite spacious, well-fit for at least 6-8 people. Definitely will be back for next occasion

Menginap 2 mlm disini. Semua sangat puas. Tempatnya nyaman, bersih, kamar2 tidur besar., kolam renangnya bersih. Tuan rumahnya jg baik, mudah dihubungi. Besok2 kl perlu villa akan kesini lagi. Terima kasih.

Had a lovely stay at this beautiful property, it has good bedrooms and lots of space for indoor/outdoor hangouts. Pak Retno and ibu Hapsari was very friendly and easy to communicate with.

Tempatnya bersih dan nyaman. Kemarin diisi 6 dewasa dan 1 bayi, untuk 2 kamar jadi agak sempit xD cocok utk 4 dewasa. Ada taman komplek dan kolam renang serta tenis meja utk santai bersama keluarga. Overall enjoy.

The house was comfortable and well-located making our stay enjoyable. The check in process was smooth. Host was friendly and responsive. One area that could be improved is the cleanliness of the toilet. It wasn’t a major issue but a bit more attention to this would enhance the overall experience. All in all, we had a pleasant stay and appreciate the hospitality

We had a wonderful stay at Nowy’s place. The place was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the stunning views from the balcony, the convenient location close to the Mall’s and the host's warm hospitality. I had a great one-month stay at Sieny and Michael's place. The two-bedroom apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything I needed. The work desks, big smart TV, and stable WiFi were perfect for both work and relaxation. The bed was comfortable, and the location was ideal – close to Aeon Mall. All the essentials were provided, like water, soap, toilet paper, and more. The self check-in and check-out were easy and convenient. Excellent stay at Sebastian’s place. The apartment is lovely and well kept and was just like home.

I stayed here for 60 days and it never disappoints. Permata Hijau suites is such a luxurious apartment block with amazing facilities. The staff working as security and concierge were super friendly and helpful. On top of that, the flat I stayed in was extremely homely. I had no complaints. I would definitely stay again and definitely recommend

Patrick hat eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft im Apartmentkomplex. Der self check-in verlief reibungslos, die Anweisungen waren klar. Der Apartementkomplex ist durch Sicherheitspersonal im Erdgeschoss gut verwaltet, man fühlt sich sehr sicher. die Ausstattung im Zimmer ist mehr als ausreichend. Sehr geschmackvoll ist auch die Einrichtung. In der angrenzenden Mall hat man genügend Möglichkeiten etwas zu essen, oder anderweitig einkaufen zu gehen. Die Kommunikation mit Patrick war reibungslos, selten einen so proaktiven Host kennengelernt.

I had a great stay at this 1-bedroom apartment! The location is incredibly convenient—being directly connected to Kota Kasablanka Mall made everything so easy. Whether I needed groceries, meals, or just wanted to walk around and shop, it was all just a few steps away. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. The Wi-Fi was reliable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable for the price. It's a very affordable option, especially considering the prime location. Check-in was smooth and the host was responsive and helpful throughout my stay. If you're visiting Jakarta and want to be in the heart of things without breaking the bank, this is a solid choice. Would definitely stay here again!
