Ivan is a wonderful host. It is clearly not easy to travel to or around Ukraine and present and he was responsive to all of our questions which went far beyond the usual questions one might have of a host! If you are looking for somewhere to stay near Odesa, whether as a break from the city or as an out of town base from which to commute, this is excellent.

A very cozy small hotel that drowns in the greenery. Very nice bright clean room. Warm, fluffy cozy bathrobes. Very nice mattress which was important to us as my husband had back pain. On the ground floor there is a restaurant where you can eat at any time and if you need to warm up your own. Cozy scenic gazebos with tables to enjoy it. Very friendly and friendly atmosphere. The house is super! It turned out to be even better in person than in the photos. The guys left us fruits, snacks, and drinks. Always been in touch. The basketball court is an incredibly cool solution, there is no light from the disadvantages, but this is not an issue at home, but most likely Kurortny. This disadvantage is an exceptionally small inconvenience, which overlaps with views, the responsiveness of the guys and the coolest beach in 5 minutes by car.

+ • Good location, everything is close: cafes, shops, bus station, railway, castle • Nice view from the window to the bay, very nice sunset • The apartment is very clean, light and cozy • 2 beds, comfortable mattresses (one bed mattress is hard), good linen • Just enough for a short stay • The owner provided a very useful letter with establishments and tours nearby - • Very inconvenient method of check-in/check-out and long response time of the owner. We warned for arrival 2 hours in advance, then called 20 minutes and then still waited for 15 minutes in the yard, not knowing when we would be met, because it was almost impossible to get a call. The owner explained that the phone was on a phoneless, because the child, but the arrival time was known in advance. It would be much more convenient to contactless check-in through a key box. • Waking in April after a cold, the apartment was very cold, the thermometer on the radiator showed 12 degrees. One room has an electric heater, but it was very cold in the kitchen and other room. • There is no tea,

Luxurious and exceptional stay! The photos match the location and it really is as good as it looks. Great location on a cliff overlooking the water. Beautiful venue. All the facilities on the compound are in great condition. We had a fantastic stay with a group of friends and we were waited on exquisitely! We enjoyed all the amenities, the pool, hot tub, fire pit, boat, electric bicycles and all were great! Iurie, the owner even pulled out a ping pong table and also made it so we could watch the Euro Soccer tournament outside! The kitchen is fantastic and well equipped. You won’t need much to be comfortable there. There are a lot of mosquitos do bring protection and build a fire to keep them away! Staff live on the compound, and throughout our stay at a few additional people came and went on the compound unannounced and even other people who stayed the night in a small camper 🤷‍♂️. The AirBnB listing says you have the place to yourself, but we did not. The staff and other people share the same outdoor amenities and the same kitchen. If you are not expecting this, it can be awkward. The rooms are nice and comfortable, air conditioning is in two of the room. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and eager to help. My group was expecting complete privacy so we were caught a little off guard, but nonetheless, they did their absolute best to make us happy and comfortable throughout.
