This private walkout basement suite is conveniently located only minutes away from Banff’s downtown, Sulphur Mountain, and the Banff Spring’s Hotel & Golf Course. In addition to the beautiful mountain views from our private hot tub and sauna, the spacious suite features one primary bedroom with a queen bed, an open living room with an indoor fireplace, twin-size bunkbeds and a pullout couch, and one full bathroom.

We are a licensed Bed & Breakfast. Our suite is perfect for a couple (queen size bed), although a comfortable, small cot for a 3rd person can be provided upon request .There are large picture-windows and your own sun-protected deck with access to the garden. There is a garden/mountain view from the living-room as well as from the bedroom and there is a private bathroom. The breakfast nook has a bar-fridge, toaster, blender and all the accessories required for a healthy, continental breakfast.

The suite includes a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, induction hot plate, toaster, kettle, and coffee maker. The separate bedroom has a KING sized bed, the living room has a queen sized pull out and there is a washer/dryer in the unit. The living room is cosy and inviting with a wood burning fireplace and upright piano.

We are a 5 minute walk to the river. Easy walk to restaurant and corner store. This is a basement suite and we have young children. This place is great and more affordable compared to Canmore especially if you want to be a short drive from the crowds.

The best central location, and you can leave the vehicle at the backyard! It is a two bedroom basement apartment. The town of Banff allows us to host up to 5 people.
