The very private Tree House is perched on a hill overlooking the peaceful river. The quaint treehouse has five sides of glass and screens to view the river. This is built around trees but you enter from ground level. A power pack is available to charge cell phones and make coffee. Relax by a campfire at river's edge.

Sunset Cottage is only 15 feet from Tupper Lake with a sandy spot for launching canoes/kayaks and a large dock where you can moor your powerboat if you bring one. Dock seating and swimming with a dog friendly stair. Fire pit with firewood on the lawn with Adirondack chairs for your use. Two, kayaks come with the rental. Newly renovated interior with beautiful Adirondack decor.

Owners not on property May-Oct 1st.
