Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. You will stay in our cozy apartment with a terrace to the south side and views of our garden. Die Wohnung Weststrand von Riviera Kühlungsborn ist 60 m2 groß und besitzt ein separates Schlafzimmer. Alle Räume verfügen über eine Fußbodenheizung. Im Badezimmer befindet sich eine große moderne Badewanne, in der Sie bei geöffnetem Fenster das Meeresrauschen hören können. Der Strand ist in wenigen Metern über einen eigenen Strandzugang erreichbar.

Nahe den historischen Ostseebädern Rerik (5km) und Kühlungsborn (9km) liegt die gemütliche und kinderfreundliche Ferienwohnung "Svenja" im Grünen als perfekter Ausgangspunkt für den Urlaub. Die Ferienwohnung für 3 Personen im 1. Obergeschoss verfügt auf 51 qm über ein Wohn-/Esszimmer mit Küche, 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Balkone, Bad und einen Garten, der die Gäste zum Spielen oder auch Entspannen einlädt. PKW-Parkplätze stehen auf dem Grundstück sowie den angrenzenden Straßen kostenlos zur Verfügung.

Our holiday apartment is located in the house "Ostseekino Kühlungsborn". The accommodation is approx. 40 sqm. They have separate entrance, terrace and outdoor fireplace. For our guests we pay 2 visits to the Ostseekino. A parking space is also provided. The apartment also has Wi-Fi and consists of 2 living rooms and bathroom with bathtub. Distances: - approx. 150 meters as the crow flies to the beach -ca. 60 meters to the supermarket/bakery - approx. 10 minutes to train station

(About 5 minutes away) In front of the house there are parking meters: you can only park for free from 7 pm to 9 am. The train station is 1 km away.
