Had a fantastic stay - the apartment was spotless and perfect for our needs. Good location away from the hustle and bustle - balcony was ideal. We did think there were 2 bedrooms and one was a sofa bed - pictures were clear but the description of a double bed in room too was misunderstood as bedroom 2 was the living room but it worked out ok

The stay was amazing and everything is as described.

Jacek was great. There was a brief issue where the water pipes on the street broke (totally random and not something in anyone’s control), and Jacek did everything he could to make sure I was good! He dropped off extra water in the meantime and was responsive/on top of it even before I was aware. He responded promptly every time I contacted him, he was flexible and helpful with the check in when I had to change my time, and the place itself was well worth the price. I’d stay again without question! Anyone would be happy with this location. 10/10.

Nice small studio in a great location, great price! Fully equipped .With a bathtub- good option after long busy day. Close to everything and public transportation. Małgorzata is a great host. Always resposive and kind- she let me check in few hours earlier. I would like to stay here again!

I stayed in Justyna's apartment several times before. I'm coming back because apartament is very nicely furnished, clean and location is very convenient as well. Persepholis to dom z klimatem, Po prostu inny niż inne. Ja doceniam tę odmienność, bo przynajmniej będę pamiętała, gdzie nicowałam będąc w Warszawie. Lokalizacja dla mnie świetna (blisko z dworca Warszawa Wschodnia, blisko mojego miejsca szkoleniowego). Michalina jest miłą osobą więc czułam się bezpiecznie I swobodnie mimo, że kuchnia I łazienka w domu były przestrzeniami współdzielonymi. Żałuję, że nie miałam czasu na przyjżenie się ogrodowi, który przynależy do domu. Może następnym razem?

Eine tolle, zuvorkommende Vermieterin. Nettes kleines Häuschen mit Umschwung. Natur pur. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten sogar ein Feuer machen. Es ist das Geld absolut wert und in jedem Fall weiterzuempfehlen.

Dom jest absolutnie przepiękny i przytulny. Panuje w nim rodzinny klimat. Zorganizowaliśmy tam przyjecie komunijne dla ok 15 osób na tarasie i był to strzał w dziesiątkę. Impreza w ogrodzie, na które cudownie bawili się goście od 2 do 80 roku życia. Grill, pizza, kocyki, spacery. Wieczorem przenieśliśmy się do salonu, rozpaliliśmy kominek i rozsiedliśmy się w fotelach. Dom jest ogromny z fajną kuchnią i dużym salonem na dole, a przestrzenią do spania na piętrze - mamy tam 4 czy 5 dużych pokoi, duże łóżko w części otwartej - w sam raz dla rodziców małych dzieci. Na miejscu czuliśmy się jak w domu rodzinnym, było wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy i dużo więcej. Goście po imprezie nie chcieli wracać i sporo z nich zostało na noc i kolejny dzień. W ogrodzie sporo miejsc do zabawy dla dzieci - ślizgawka, boisko. Pani Czesława jest przemiłą osobą i polubiliśmy ją od pierwszego kontaktu. Warto przygotować się na komary i meszki na tarasie. Trudno było nam rozstać się z tym miejscem.

Miejsce wspaniale na dluzszy pobyt, bardzo przestrzenne, bylam tam tylko 1 dzien wiec nie moglam skorzystac w pelni. Jedyny minus - wejscie nieprzystosowane dla niepelnosprawnych, wejscie znajduje sie za schodami z ruchoma porecza, dojscie jest przez trawnik. Ale w srodku super. I fajna oferta w tv, sa wszystkie aplikacje.

I had a wonderful stay at Antoni's place. The hosts were helpful and the communication was brilliant. The apartment is well designed, and every single amenity felt meticulous and convenient. There's a food shop about 300m away with just about any ingredients you need for a meal. It's also really close to the Warsaw airport. 10/10

We've stayed at Pawel's place for the second time now. Everything was as good as the year before. Location's great, you can order different food delivery options very conveniently as it all comes within the hour. Area is beautiful. Backyard is spacious. Lot's of toys for the kids and things to do. Pawel is always very responsive and eager to help with anything, so your stay goes as smooth as possible!

Piekne i spokojne miejsce, bardzo przestronne. Spedzilismy tam cudowne swieta z 7-osobowa rodzina. Czulismy sie jak u siebie w domu 🥰 Serdeczny kontakt z wlascicielka Anna oraz elastycznosc organizacyjna, nic tylko wracac ☺️ Nasi goscie rowniez byli zachwyceni! Z calego serca dziekujemy!

An amazing location whether you’re coming to Warsaw to study, work or sightsee :) Apartment is beautiful, fresh and equipped with with all the amenities you may need. Sergii is a great host, extremely kind, responsive and helpful! I do recommend :) Just a small note – the apartment was really clean, including the bedding and the kitchen. The only thing I would improve is that the floor was a bit dirty and seemed like hadn’t been vacuumed.

I’m a Chinese student at Kozminski University, and this apartment has been incredibly convenient for me.. It takes only 20–25 minutes to get to campus by tram, and the location is excellent. We lived here for almost 5 months. There are several supermarkets nearby, four gyms within walking distance, and the neighborhood is very quiet and respectful. As an international student, I felt very welcome here — I never experienced any form of discrimination. If you’re a student or young people, I highly recommend staying here. The photos don’t fully capture the charm of the apartment — there’s a lovely little park just downstairs that’s perfect for walks, and right next to it is one of the best ice cream shops in Warsaw!

We absolutely loved the apartment! As frequent visitors to Warsaw, we're always drawn to the charm of Saska Kępa, and this apartment was a delightfully airy and pleasant retreat. It was the perfect base for our trip, and we truly appreciated the opportunity to stay there.

Everything was perfect. The house was spotless with excellent amenities. The location is perfect in the city center. Easy access and arrival. We would definitely come again.

We’ve stayed at this place multiple times and it’s always been a great experience! The apartment is super clean, cozy, and just like in the photos. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The host is very friendly and easy to communicate with. We’d definitely come back again and highly recommend it to others!

enjoyed our stay at this AirBnB. in unit washer was big for us and wifi was strong. comes with a small sitting area and smart tv. located walking distance to the old town. lots of fun vegan food options nearby!

wszystko zgodnie z opisem. Wspaniale spędziliśmy tam ponad miesiąc z naszymi małymi dziećmi. Mieszkanie spełniło wszystkie nasze oczekiwania. Gospodarz bardzo komunikatywny i pomocny.
