Domenico’s place was amazing. Not only was the place in a perfect location extremely close to the beach, it was clean and had an amazing sunset view of the sea. Domenico was an extremely helpful guest and we had a GREAT weekend at his place. We cannot thank Domenico enough. 100% recommend!

Great apartment with a large terrace, much better than the pictures. Shops 1 minute away, walk to the promenade 6 minutes. A responsive host and does not bother with unnecessary attention :)

We stayed in this apartment the penultimate week of August 2024. Already from the description and photos used by the owners to present the apartment, it can be seen that it is a niceapartment, recently built, well furnished and in a quiet and elegant setting. The expectations, therefore, were very high: they were widely exceeded. - the apartment is spacious, well furnished and with all the necessary comforts so as not to notice any differences with your home; - The garden, very well-kept with a beautiful lawn, has a gazebo and a barbecue that make the evenings magical: relaxing and extraordinarily "summer"; - The beach and the sea (amazing) are really a few meters away; - In Caulonia and in neighboring countries there are all the services and the value for money is always very correct. I sincerely hope to spend more summers, with my family, in this beautiful apartment. Finally, thank you to Giuseppe for your punctuality and availability.

Massimo is a very friendly and helpful host, everytime available if there should be any questions. We loved staying at his house on the calabrian countryside with cows, sheep and olivetrees as our neighbours. We would come back anytime without hesitating.

The house is really great for a larger family! It has everything you need. Beautiful sea views from the giant terrace simply magnificent. Paolo and his team went above and beyond to make sure we were well. Really great vacation! Thanks for everything

Such a special place! We enjoyed the terrace with the breathtaking view, the calm, the nature, the fireplace and special atmosphere so much that we consider going there again. If you are looking for a calm sanctuary where to load up your energies, this is the place to go. Salvatore was always super helpful with super fast replies and we picked up some of his recommendations about what to do in Calabria. Really good place also for more people, even if we were only two.

We came from Savoy as a family. The accommodation was spacious beyond our expectations with a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. The area is peaceful and quiet and has all the necessary amenities. There was even a ping pong table. The hosts were very helpful and available for any request. We had a good exchange, they were even very attentive to us after 11 p.m.! Sincerely, very very far from disappointed, it's a nice and beautiful family. Pleasantly surprised, we'll be back.

Villa Ulivo was a nice surprise for us! Small house but with everything and more! Great garden, washing machine and dishwasher. The best part was having AC in the rooms, then the possibility of fresh vegetables from Enrico's father's garden. And finally, the company of 2 nice dogs. A place worth checking out.
