Our quiet and stylish house is centrally located in Åtvidaberg with walking distance to swimming, golf course, shops, restaurants, forest areas and many other activities. The detached house is located on the plot of our larger residential house with access to patio and parking. In the nearby area, there are many excursion destinations. Close to Linköping, Norrköping and Västervik. About 2.5 hours to Stockholm and about 3 hours to Gothenburg. The house is best suited for the adventurous/active couple or small family. Spacious bedroom with double bed as well as a sofa bed in the TV room. Here you live with the forest close by and two nature reserves with several hiking trails and bird lakes nearby. Nature is beautiful with the unique oak landscape. We see fallow deer daily and if you are lucky, the sea eagle may fly by. Our large lake system with swimming areas and canoe rentals. There are several nice golf courses to choose from. If you want, there is the possibility to book a sauna by the pool. Here you can greet horses, sheep, chickens and ducks.
