No noise pollution, no real car traffic, but nights when it still gets dark. New: The property is now completely fenced. The nearest supermarket (Demmin) is 15 minutes away by car. For the essentials, there is an old "Konsum" [consumer cooperative] in the neighboring village. Having a car here is seen as an advantage.

The building complex consists of a large sleeping and living yurt and a cottage in which the fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with warm water are located. Enjoy the moments in the sauna, by the pond, by the campfire, in the hammock or in the flower garden.

Next to an old rectory, we have individually expanded a small side room for us, for friends and guests. Some things are modern, others still have the charm of past times. Much seems to us to be coherent, some is still in the making. So nothing is standard. What we have not yet considered and is useful for guests can usually be quickly supplemented. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden on the edge of the field, so it is located in a small, agriculturally active village.

The rectory is rustic and cozy, the 4 apartments under the roof, start from a spacious common room and are equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The apartment offers you 2 bedrooms and living rooms, including a small kitchenette and adjoining bathroom.

The Baltic Sea island of Usedom and the beach are 30 km away. Anklam and Greifswald are the nearest cities and are worth a visit.
