A kitchen where guests can cook. There are three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds. There are two rooms on the second floor, and the stairs are rather steep. We're not on the ring road. The house is on the old ring road between Fáúðsfjörður and Reyðarfjörður, 19km from Fáskúðsfjörður and 29km from Reyðarfjörður.

Good looking view, cairns, bird live, streams, family-friendly environment in peaceful nature.

Beautiful, warm and cosy cottage for 2 people. It's located in the countryside 18 km from the town Egilsstaðir on road 931. It's on the south side of the lake on the way to Hallormsstaður the biggest forest in Iceland. The next grocery store is in Egilsstaðir. Good paved road, passable all the year. Quiet, peaceful and beautiful landscape, nice hiking trails down to the lake or up to the hills, good place to see the northern lights in wintertime.
