This was a fabulous experience, and James was very responsive. Loved the experience. The two full baths were amazing for our needs.

The location of the Cup and Saucer is fantastic. It’s close to the beach and an easy, safe walk to food and shopping. Don’t hesitate to book.

Colleen was great. Quick to communicate and even answered questions about the area for a Goosechase my group had as a part of our conference. She was awesome when I realized I left a bag behind and had to go back to get it.

My two girlfriends and I stayed here for two nights and it has the most beautiful view of Lake Michigan! We arrived later in the evening and were so thankful that our host left us with restaurant menus and recommendations, we loved the pizza. Place was clean and very well stocked with linens and even coffee and some water in the fridge. The beach is a steep staircase away (it was a bit rough, and my legs hurt, but it’s worth the trek). Also thank you sooo much for letting us use your beach chairs! We stayed on the beach from sunrise to sunset. It was magical and the views are to die for! Our only complaint would be the lack of communication that the host would be staying on site during the same weekend as us. The listing brags about a private beach and yet at one point the hosts wife appeared 15-20 feet sitting directly behind us reading a book. We felt like teenagers being watched by our mother. We decided to take a walk, and when we came back she was gone, but it was weird.

This unit was very comfortable and very spacious. It really has everything you need - towels galore, pool and beach amenities (chairs,noodles,cooler,etc), cleaning products, extra mirrors, cords, kitchen stuff - even those toiletries that you might have forgotten. The beds and bedding were very comfortable which is always lovely on a vacation! Patricia was so easy to work with and always answered my questions quickly. The pool was nicely heated and clean. The beach was mostly deserted so I felt like it was my private beach! The walkway down to the beach is paved and renting the golf cart made it even more of an adventure to go up and down that hill! I plan to be back!

We loved our stay! The building was private and quiet, we had a walk to the beach that was shaded by trees and was so peaceful, and the beach was awesome! Ashley was very accommodating and attentive. We especially loved the high chair and pack n play readily available for our toddler! We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at David’s condo! The space was perfect with a lovely balcony. It is very well maintained and David was very responsive. The condo is easily walkable to restaurants, shops, and the lakefront. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful large sun room and kitchen stocked very well. The beach is A LOT of stairs away which was described in the listing. The beach photos perfectly represent the reality. There are neighbors close by but it still feels private. The neighborhood is very nice and has beautiful homes. Would stay again but at a cheaper price.

Our eldest was 85! Our youngest was 17 months old! Lots of ages in between! Everyone always found something to do! This is a spacious house and very practically furnished! You never feel crowded! I can’t think of a thing we needed in the kitchen! It was equipped with everything! The beach was pristine, with the waves of Lake Michigan, which you could see from the Sun/Game room! The walk down to the beach was so easy, and when you came back up to the house, you felt you had just had your workout for the day! This property is a gem for sure! The house has so much personality and the grounds are teeming with wildlife. The music wall was better than expected and the kitchen had all the amenities. We spent a lot of time on the back porch just listening to the creek. It was perfect for a girls weekend and we hope to return again someday! Thank you!

We loved this place. The ducks in the lake that visited frequently. The details were carefully chosen. The comfort, the stove, the spacing gave us room to move, the games created memories for us to enjoy and talk about. Thank you for a lovely experience.

Awesome home with a beautiful scenic view. Quiet secluded neighborhood with a private beach. Would absolutely recommend to anyone! We loved our stay and would love to stay at Jodi’s home on our next trip to Benton Harbor!

Perfect Spot for a Weekend of New Beginnings We stayed here for a 12-person divorce party and it could not have been more perfect. The house was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed to celebrate in comfort and style. The open layout made it easy to gather, laugh, and toast to new beginnings. The kitchen was fully stocked (we put it to good use), and there were thoughtful touches throughout—games, blankets, a great Bluetooth speaker, and plenty of seating for group meals and late-night convos. Everyone had space to sleep comfortably, and with multiple bathrooms, getting ready was a breeze. No one ever felt on top of each other, even with a full house. The vibe of the place was welcoming, warm, and just fun. It wasn’t just a stay—it was part of the story. If you’re planning a big group getaway, celebration, or a fresh start of your own, this place is everything.

Stayed here with our toddlers and another family , visiting from out of state. This place is BEAUTIFUL. It looks like it should be in a magazine. The proximity and accessibility to the beach is incredible - we basically spent all of our time at the property with no need to go into town. Having a laundry, fire pit, hot tub, and grill available to use was a dream. I would say that there were more amenities here than at most places. Jeremy was great when we had questions - thank you! We would gladly come here every year as part of our annual Michigan trip. Note that if you are staying with small children: Not child friendly! White furniture, steep stairs! Luckily the photos were representative and we came with covers, etc. Thank you so much for hosting us. We look forward to maybe staying again next year!

We were so thrilled with the stay. The house was beautifully decorated and everything in the house was top quality. Amazing private beach to relax at, then come up in the evening for a dip in the hot tub and a fire to close out the evening. We are looking forward to visiting again in the future! Thank you, Jean!

Really enjoyed our stay. Melanie was responsive and checked in on us to see how are stay was going and if we needed anything. She explained everything so well beforehand that we didn’t need any help. She was a fantastic host and the place was great. Definitely recommend and would go back!

We would definitely stay here again. Abel’s place was super comfy, close to everything, and very clean. Abel was very responsive and helpful. If you’re looking for beach floats and like items, there is a Dollar General nearby that was cheap and had lots to choose from.

Perfect location close to downtown St. Joseph. Condo was very clean, spacious and easy in and out process.

Clean and roomy condo. Really enjoyed the balcony and watching the boats. Great location. Half mile to many shops and restaurants.

Our family makes a yearly trip to St. Joe and this location was just ideal—walkable to town for dining and shopping. We always drive to the beach with our gear but it is walkable to Silver Beach if you wanted to make the trek. The condo is just as it is advertised and has great accommodations. We loved the coffee bar and modern feel of the condo. We hope to book again for next year!

We loved our stay!! One of a kind sunsets, the beach access was awesome, and the place itself was quiet, clean, and exactly what we needed. 😊 I’ve never been to an Airbnb so well stocked before!! 15 minutes from an adorable beach town as well. Would definitely go back! 💕 thanks for having us!
