This house is absolutely stunning, you will not want to leave. The view is spectacular, the inside was cosy and spacious, it looked like it was straight out of a magazine and perfect for a weekend to hang with friends. We will be back because we loved it so much! Thanks for being great hosts! We were lucky enough to get an early check-in and late check-out, which we appreciated greatly!

Ryan’s property is absolutely stunning. The views are breathtaking and can be seen from every room of the house. The gas fire place was the perfect touch for our winter getaway. The pool was a delightful temperature and we made good use of it even on the coldest days, followed by the sauna! Beds were comfy and the house equipped with what we needed. We easily stayed in for a couple of days just to admire the views, wander around the property which has some interesting rock formations and birdlife. Highly recommend and we’d love to come back at some stage 🥰

We stayed at Daniel and Sasha’s property in Picketts Valley, what a gorgeous home it is. Everything is just like the photos. We enjoyed every bit of our stay here. With a large family catch up, their place had plenty of space and so much to do for the kids. Apart from the kids swimming in the heated pool and feeding the cutest little ponies every day, the bottom level of the house is a kids playroom. With something to do for all ages. The kids were so entertained. We are a family who love to cook, so the kitchen was fabulous. Lots of boards for a grazing table and a glass of wine in the afternoon watching the sunset with beautiful views. We appreciated the attention to detail and the simple things provided by Daniel and Sasha that made our stay really relaxing. We will be booking with them again. Thanks for making our 4 day break so enjoyable!

beautiful place. my travel group gasped out loud at first peep through the doors. ample space for all of us without getting into each other's way. place is exactly like the photos. hot water and heater worked excellent in the cold weather. really nothing to complain about. would love to stay again. We were lucky enough to borrow the kids toys, which kept everyone entertained. The property itself is stunning, with a lovely pool that provided endless fun and relaxation. Villa Nessa was an amazing stay! Vanessa was friendly and attentive, being quick to reply to all questions, queries, and issues we had during our stay. The house itself was beautifully appointed, well equipped, and spotless upon arrival, with the location being very peaceful and serene. There was plenty to do at the bnb with the pool and hot tub being especially big hits. Would definitely recommend!

We had a lovely family getaway at this beautiful home. The space itself is spacious, well-designed, and perfect for spending quality time together—especially with the pool and outdoor area, which have so much potential for relaxing and making memories. Although we encountered a few hiccups during our stay, the host was incredibly responsive and proactive in addressing them, which we really appreciated. It’s clear they genuinely care about their guests' experience. With a bit more attention to detail, this property could be a standout holiday home. We had a wonderful stay at the Balmain house. Everything was provided for an enjoyable stay with our three grandchildren. They really enjoyed watching all of the different watercraft through the sparking clean glass balconies. The ferry was so close and convenient and we had a delicious dinner at Fenwicks at the ferry dock one night. Marika was extremely hospitable and provided us an early check in since we arrived from the states. Hated to leave.

We’ve had an amazing stay at Dave’s place, it’s a great weekend getaway from the city, the hot tub, the cozy fireplace and the kayaking were my highlight. The kitchen has everything you’ll ever need and more. We came back completely fresh and recharged. I couldn’t recommend it more.

The treehouse is in such a tranquil and beautiful spot. Inside is very cosy and between the wood stove and gas heater it was toasty warm inside on cold evenings. The kitchen is very well set up with everything you could need for cooking and also a good selection of sauces, tea, coffee and staples. The treehouse has been very thoughtfully set up with nice touches like blankets on the balcony. Highly recommended for a relaxing place to get away close to Sydney..we thoroughly enjoyed it!!

Great basic accommodation at little wobby. Loved the fire pit and barbecues on the deck. Great spot for the afternoon sunset. Will be back

We went to Spencer during the Easter long weekend and found it very peaceful to be away from all the other people also on their getaway. Nathan provided great recommendations for restaurants and the local grocery store. The Airbnb had everything we needed and it was beautiful waking up to the Hawkesbury River.

This riverside home is perfect! Amazing view and garden, warm and cozy (we were there during winter) the rooms have a 10/10 view! A wonderful getaway

We had the most peaceful weekend getaway. Gareth’s place was the perfect location to unwind and get away from the hustle and buzzle of Sydney. We loved the kayaks and used them as our daily mode of transportation. There was amole to do with trips to the Osyter Farm, secluded beaches and nice cafés. We thought it was so accommodating of Gareth to pick us up and brought us back to the station. Also the CD player and board games catapulted us into another time…. it was such a relaxing weekend! Highly recommend

This is a great place for a couple or a small family to have a beachside stay right next to Umina beach and a short walk to the bustling array of shops and cafes on West street. The heating/ air conditioning was perfect heating for a wintry stay. Deb was delightful and the little garden is gorgeous and completely private

Honestly, this place was something else. Tucked away in the forest, super peaceful, and absolutely stunning. The castle vibe is real with its quirky, old-world charm, but it’s also really comfortable and spacious enough for a big group. We spent most of our time relaxing by the pool, surrounded by the sound of the trees, or just hanging out in the large living areas. Waking up to the sound of birds and the view of greenery all around felt like a total escape from the city, even though it’s actually not far from some great cafes and bushwalks. The host was lovely and made everything really easy. The place had everything we needed. It was clean, cozy, and such a memorable stay. Would absolutely come back. A hidden gem close to Sydney.

Imagine waking up to the birds singing then having a cup of coffee on the balcony, watching sunrise over the quiet bay with a breathtaking view. Heaven!! photos on the ads really don't do its justice. The house was fully equipped. Functional kitchen with all the appliances to cook up a storm, all sort of seasonings, cookwares to use. Even with my chef background who often got frustrated in most airbnb's kitchens, i couldn't fault this one. Extremely clean, tidy with a tasteful decor, a tranquil view similar to that of a well kept resort villa in Bali or Thailand. Drive way to the garage was pretty steep but nothing a good driver couldn't handle. The garage was a bit short for our car (will fit a compact car), so we parked in front of it, there was also street parking. The host, Anna, is lovely and even kindly offering early check-in and late checkout without us even asking. This was the best airbnb house we have stayed in NSW. 5+stars and definitely will book again in a heartbeat.

This was a magnificent place for a long weekend with a group of friends. The views are spectacular, and the place very private. The house was spotless and very clean. I wanted to bring in some flowers and balloons prior to arrival and the host was incredibly accommodating with regards to allowing those services in at the check in time. Would definitely stay again!

Penny’s house was exactly what we were looking for for a relaxing & peaceful girls weekend away. Beds were extremely comfortable & the living/kitchen area was perfect for chilling. It’s beautifully decorated & set up, with great amenities for summer (which we unfortunately didn’t use due to cold weather). A close walk to the beach & pub, and only 15min into Umina and Ettalong, we could have stayed longer!
