Family-friendly vacation rentals in Berlin

The community around Beth’s condo is amazing. Nice and quiet but still close enough to everything to where it’s not a hassle to get there! Plenty of space inside the condo so people don’t feel crammed! Sits on a beautiful golf course! Can’t recommend this condo enough!

Hosts were highly communicative and we appreciated the amount of information they provided about the condo, the Sea Colony community, and the surrounding areas. We had a quiet stay the first week of June. We loved the screened porch and loft and had plenty of space for our family of four. Sea Colony’s amenities were great for traveling with kids, especially the pools and splash pad, tram, and easy free parking at the beach. The entire community/resort is well maintained.

We loved Raj’s place! We have two young children and his place was fully equipped to entertain them with books, toys, etc. Best Airbnb we have stayed in so far 😊

Don was a great host. From the moment I arrived my dog Dizzie and I felt like valued guests. Don provided some great recommendations for things to do locally, and was always available if anything came up. The space was very clean and I could tell Don put a lot of effort into creating and maintaining it.

Better view than the pic shows! The private beach was clean and very close to the condo. Rentable chairs and umbrellas available on the beach. There are 2 chairs and umbrellas in the condo to use. Some of the furnishings could use a freshen-up. Mattress was excellent and we are picky! The place was very clean upon arrival and the owner was very responsive to any questions we had! Bethany Beach Boardwalk is less than a mile and a delightful treat with great restaurants and shops along with beach access- something we did not expect and thoroughly enjoyed!

Sherri’s place is awesome and the community and surroundings are beautiful. The kitchen is furnished with everything you need for cooking. The deck is such a plus, with the view of the pond and the ducks, as well as the private little beach. The community is very friendly and walkable, and the different options for pools were very fun for us to explore. Taking walks in the morning was amazing. It is very close to Bethany “downtown” and 6 min drive to the beach. You can also walk or take the tram. I had a great time with my kids and would definitely recommend and come back!

What a truly incredible place and host! I can’t say enough about Kate’s responsiveness and the incredible space. We loved it and hope to be back again!

So where to begin! Once you walk in there's a little family type room thing. Its has a TV and a few couches. There is also a half bathroom on this floor! You than go upstairs to the second floor where the living room and kitchen are. Than u go upstairs to the third floor where the three bedrooms, bathroom, and laundry room are located. So yes there are lots of stairs!The master bedroom had a full bathroom. There's a bathroom on every floor. Which was honestly something my family and I loved! Everything was very clean and neat! This place was very close to a lot of things we wanted to do. There were a few things that happened and Jeff was very responsive! With the one issue he came down himself and delt with! He was a very respectful and kind man! Overall my family and i loved this place! We will definitely book this place again in the future! There were also bikes and chairs in the garage that we were able to use! 10/10 would recommend!

Our family had a fabulous reunion. The house was a great space for us. The porch and balcony’s were extra special since we did have some rainy brisk days. Extra special to get to the beach with our 92 year old matriarch that had A-fib, using a beach wheelchair that Paul was so helpful with information on that. Thank you!

Jeanne’s home was clean and right on the water, we loved the outdoor shower and access to the beach. We bought a fire permit and were able to walk right out front to have it. We left the necessary metal bucket and shovel in the closet for future guests. The house was larger than expected and we LOVED the outdoor shower, able to all shower quickly with the three and get on with our evening activities. Will definitely stay again. I will say if you’re a light sleeper, I’d pack ear plugs as footsteps from above are very loud

Lara and her home was great! We really enjoyed our stay. It felt like we were right at home, and we weren’t too far from the boardwalk and all of the fun but it felt nice coming home to a quiet, peaceful, clean neighborhood. Lara’s home was just as pictured very clean and she was very responsive. We will definitely keep Lara’s home in mind when coming back to Ocean City.

We had an amazing stay at The Hudson House. Immediately after walking in, I felt right at home. The house was big, but so cozy. This was my first Airbnb but definitely won’t be my last. Allen was always very quick to respond to my messages. He also had a very friendly tone to his messages. I have family in Salisbury. This will be my go to place, if available, each time I visit Salisbury.

We had a very nice stay with a large group of teens. They could walk to the beach on their own and the house was big enough for everyone. Joey neighborhood. Thank you!

Perfectly as described. Partial ocean view with a one minute walk to the beach. Great location! Nice little porch area to sit and have morning coffee. Very spacious inside and very clean. Hollin was very responsive when I had a question. We loved our stay and would definitely go back and stay again!

My husband and I loved our stay! It was super easy to access Masseys Boat ramp from the Airbnb. We would 100% stay here again!

We can't wait to return to Golden Quarter Farm! Charming and expansive, the property has everything we were looking for in a place to spend a relaxing weekend with extended family. The historic house is bright and roomy with a well-appointed kitchen; the bedrooms are unique, comfortable, and private; and the living space homey and inviting -- perfect for spending time together. The beautiful views of the riverfront drew everyone outside for walks down the pier, through the fields, and down the sun-dappled forest trails. It was a bit too chilly during our April stay, but the possibilities for enjoying the river (canoe, kayay, SUP) and lovely pool were nonetheless enticing. Finally, I must mention that Evie and Mary were extraordinarily welcoming and accomodating, from communicating proactively to preparing the home for our stay and checking in to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend!

Location was excellent right on the beach with a beautiful view of the ocean. The property was easy to find and the security guard at the front desk was super helpful getting us squared away with anything we needed. The condo had great amenities including a nice big fridge and stove, not to mention it has cable television for when you are relaxing (most Airbnb's do not offer this). 5/5 stars for everything except the bed (I am used to a firm bed and this one was beyond soft). We would absolutely stay here again though and I highly suggest this place for a nice getaway. Thanks, Natallia, for being a great host!

We stayed in a group of 4 for a music festival. The apartment was in an awesome location less than 1 mile from the venue. Check in and check out was smooth and the apartment was super clean and looked exactly as advertised. We would absolutely book again for a future visit!

Excellent vacation. Was a great location right on the boardwalk. I enjoyed people watching and loved watching the little tikes. The condo was beautifully designed and a great layout. Every bedroom was like its own little suite with private bathrooms. The master suite was just like the pictures and very large and comfortable. I loved having the extra hangers to get my clothes out of the suitcase ❤️. We also enjoyed the extra pillows, and blankets available. Steve was very helpful in arranging my linen rental for the time we were there. We enjoyed home cooked meals as well as eating out and everything we needed was right there. Such a great host!! Will definitely look forward to staying again. Was more than I expected and definetly worth the rental fee. Thank you so much. 😀

True to the description. We enjoyed our stay very much. There were other friendly families as well which gave our kiddo others to play with. The pool area was very nice. Bill gave us excellent direction as well.

This is my 4th stay at one of Debbie's properties and this stay was by far the nicest. The full patio was beautiful and I was able to spend a perfect Mother's Day weekend with my Family! I will definitely book again!
