Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben – mega schön! Die Lage ist ideal, besonders wenn man einen ruhigen und stressfreien Urlaub sucht. Auch Ausflüge mit dem Auto waren entspannt, da kaum Verkehr herrschte. Direkt hinter der Unterkunft liegt ein riesiger Wald, der zum Entdecken einlädt. Natur pur! Das Grundstück ist sehr groß und bietet viele Möglichkeiten: Man kann draußen grillen, sich sonnen oder spielen. Außerdem gibt es zahlreiche Apfel- und Pflaumenbäume, von denen man rund um die Uhr naschen kann. Eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft, die definitiv zu unseren Top 5 gehört. Sehr Gerne Wieder!

Our stay at the house was absolutely perfect! The serene Swedish countryside setting is the ideal backdrop for this beautifully renovated home. Some of our favorite things regarding our stay was the well-equipped kitchen which made cooking a joy, the high-quality beds and furniture around the house and the peaceful outdoor spaces where we could relax and take in the stunning surroundings. The communication with the host was excellent—they were responsive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. This retreat is perfect for anyone seeking a tranquil escape. We can't recommend it enough and can’t wait to return for a longer stay next summer!

Stor anbefaling. Det er svært at forestille sig at man kan få mere for pengene. Alle instruktionerne var også lette at forstå, and svartiden var hurtigt. Jeg synes der var en enkelt seng mindre end hvad jeg havde læst mig frem til, men vi endte ikke med at savne den. Passende til op til 6 mennesker.

Meine Familie und ich haben den Aufenthalt bei Ann-Sofie wirklich sehr genossen. Ihr Haus und ihr Grundstück sind perfekt, um sich zu entspannen. Die Aussicht auf die Bråviken ist traumhaft! Die überdachte Terrasse war für uns bei Regen und Sonne ein zusätzliches Zimmer, welches wir jeden Tag genutzt haben! Zusätzlich hat man die Möglichkeit vor der Tür baden zu gehen. Das Haus bietet an Ausstattung alles was man benötigt. Das Internet ist nicht sehr schnell und der Empfang reicht nicht bis ins Gästehaus, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Es reicht definitiv um abends im Haupthaus Filme zu streamen, wenn man das möchte. Ann-Sofie hat ihr Haus außerdem sehr kinderfreundlich ausgestattet. Es gibt viele verschiedene Spiele und Hocker, sodass unser 5 Jahre altes Kind mühelos ans Waschbecken im Badezimmer gelangen konnte. Ann-Sofie ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und schnell zu erreichen! Wir kommen definitiv wieder! Tack så mycket 🤗

Daniel's house was an amazing place to stay, very quiet and secluded, perfect for a peaceful rest but also easy to get into the city if needed, we used the train from Södertälje. Daniel was very helpful throughout the trip. The islands and scenery in this area are fantastic. A very cosy, comfortable house to stay in.

Great house in a nice, quiet location! The house was very clean, and it was easy to communicate with Alex and Emma. We enjoyed evening swims at the nearby dock. We also enjoyed swimming and kayaking at Solviksbadet a few tram stops away. We greatly appreciated that Alex and Emma had removed some of their stuff, so there were plenty of drawers and closet space available. Thank you for being such terrific hosts!

Fabulous house, beautifully restored and decorated. Great location by the water to watch the boats go by and for a morning swim :) Very well equipped kitchen. Börje is a great host, greeted us at check-in and took time to explain everything. Always quick to respond to messages.

Das Haus von Niklas ist unfassbar gemütlich und die Lage einzigartig- wir hatten dort eine tolle Woche im August ! Es ist sehr ruhig und einsam. Gemütliche Betten, super ausgestattete Küche. Nachbarn hört und sieht man nicht. Wir waren dort mit 3 Jungs zwischen 11 und 20 Jahren. Wir haben gebadet, Barsche geangelt, sind über die Insel spaziert und vom Felsen gesprungen - und abends haben wir die gefangenen Fische gegrillt und in der Holzofen- Sauna direkt am Wasser entspannt … es war total erholsam für alle. Wenn man sich anfangs gleich mit Lebensmitteln gut eindeckt, muss man die Insel eigentlich gar nicht verlassen. Niklas ist super freundlich und immer erreichbar- er hat uns am Parkplatz abgeholt, auf die Insel gebracht und alles gezeigt. Eines der schönsten Ferienhäuser in dem wir je waren! Danke dafür! 😃

Wir waren 1 Woche zu dritt (2 Erw.+ 1 Kind 10 Jahre) bei Birgitta zu Gast. Ein traumhafter Ort zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen direkt am See. Wir hatten ein Kanu, das wir nutzen konnten, 2 Hängematten, ein großes Trampolin und einen Grill. Birgitta wohnt mit ihrer Familie und 3 süßen Katzen direkt nebenan und war immer sehr nett und behilflich, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Der nächstgelegene Ort wo wir einkaufen konnten ist Atvidaberg, ca. 15min entfernt. Wir können die Unterkunft und Birgitta als Gastgeberin zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Vielen lieben Dank für die tolle Woche liebe Birgitta 😀 Herzliche Grüße Kerstin, Achim und Kim

We very much enjoyed our stay at Dawit’s place. The cabin is super cozy and the sunsets are spectacular! The toilet takes a bit to get used to. But we would definitely recommend the place to everyone looking for a quiet place to stay. Also, Dawit was a great host und always very responsive.

Ett smakfullt och mycket charmigt och ombonat hus i en fantastiskt fin miljö! Fullt utrustat, det enda vi saknade var brödrost men en underbar öppen spis och gott om grillmöjligheter. Vi njöt i det magiska orangeriet och tyckte det var mysigt med egna höns (och ägg). Vi fick ett så varmt välkomnande av Markus och Matilda som också svarade snabbt och var måna om att vi hade en fin vistelse. Och det hade vi verkligen, trots elavbrott (som självfallet ligger utanför värdparets påverkan). Möjligen att det var lite i minsta laget, vi som var 6 personer och ville bo i samma hus, men värdparet var mycket generösa och måna om att vi trivdes och erbjöd all komfort vi kunde tänkas önska. Så fin helg på det stora hela! Rekommenderar varmt.

Vi hade det fantastiskt i huset, allt som vi behövde fanns och det var hemtrevligt med jättesköna sängar och gott om plats. Underbart läge vid badplats. Kan även rekommendera Kajakparadiset St. Anna som låg nära, vilken upplevelse! Väldigt trevliga ägare. Och där vid Mons stugby finns även en närbutik om man behöver kompletteringshandla. Sammanfattningsvis så rekommenderar jag varmt detta hus och område och jag hoppas vi kan komma tillbaka någon gång. Ulrika med familj

We really enjoyed our stay at Dajana’s place. The place was perfect for two persons for one week, it is very cozy and practical and everything we needed was there. Short walk to metro station with very frequent metro’s to town. Next to waterside. Dajana was also very responsive and arranging so we would definitely recommend her place and we might for sure come back if we find ourselves in Stockholm again!

We had a great time at Lena's place. Very peaceful, beautiful surroundings, lots of walks to do and places to visit, and also very comfortable at home - which is nice when the weather is not as good as it can be. During our three weeks stay we experienced some rainy days, but never a dull moment here. There are lots of nice walking trails to start from your door step and the joyful restaurants of Trosa are just ten minutes away. The house itself offers all you need and perfectly matches the description. It's even more spacious than the pictures can show you. Robert helped us out with a small problem with the dish washer: it was fixed immediately. Communication in English was perfect. This was our first visit to Sweden and we look back at a wonderful stay in a wonderful place. Daan

Great friendly responsive host. Lovely house with everything you need. Close to tram and metro which makes trips into stockholm easy. We got snow which is what the children wanted. Seeing the deer and squirrels in the garden made our toddlers trip as he was convinced they were santas reindeer. Thankyou for hosting us. Only downside was the hot tub listed is actually a jacuzzi bath which was the main reason we booked this property. This was clarified too late to change our booking.

Joel was very responsive with all communications which provides a great sense of security, especially when visiting a different country. House was just as presented in the pictures, very clean inside, looked to be recently refurbished. Evenings are extremely peaceful with only ducks occasionaly in the distance. Neighbors were nice, supermarket about a five minute drive away as well as many popular areas to visit in Stockholm about a 15 minute drive. You will enjoy this location.

房子棒极了👍🌟，配置齐全，都不舍得离开，位置非常好，靠近湖边，离斯德哥尔摩市中心开车仅15分钟左右，到机场也方便，如果不是自驾，门口也有一路公交车到solna和sollentuna都很方便。不得不提房东Johan和Karrolina非常好，遇到问题回复非常及时，房东还留下了一张卡片，送了一瓶香槟🍾️给我们，很遗憾没有见到Johan本人，下次来斯德哥尔摩有机会还是会选择Johan的房子（如果房子可用的）。也欢迎Johan一家来中国旅游，我可以带你们看看我们深圳，做你们的向导。

Nice and spacious house in Katrineholm. We had a great time, Malin was very supportive during our stay. The house is well-equipped, just a bit warm in summer due to the big glas front. If we ever come back to Katrineholm, we will definitely stay here again.

Thoroughly recommend. Beautiful open plan, contemporary house but also very welcoming and well equipped. Fantastic outside space that’s versatile and comfortable. We had weather that ranged from heavy thunderstorm to beautiful blue skies and the outside space worked well for both. Multiple open decking areas, pool and outdoor kitchen for the sunny days but also covered area, outdoor fireplaces cosy blankets and hot tub mean you can be outside in all weather. Views are better than photos suggest. Treetop horizon/sunset views from front and the open woodlands behind. Garden is open directly onto the woods - which is full of handmade dens and rope swings. We were visited most evenings by a full family of deer. Nero family were very responsive to all queries - great hosts.
