Only 30 meters down to the lake where you will find a private picnic table for 6-8 guests, barbecue area/barbecue and boat for fishing and swimming. In winter, there are often nice cross-country trails on the lake. Grocery store and gasoline 2 minutes by car from the cabin.

Proximity to nice slopes, long trails, hikes and two golf courses. To the lift it takes less than 5 minutes by car and about 10-15 minutes to walk. Klövsjö golf club is about 30 minutes away by car. So also to Hede Golf Club. The cottage is located on Mosippevägen/Fågelvägen. The house has a charging box from Zaptec 11Kw.

Koppla av med familjen eller vännerna i detta nybyggda härliga parhus. Utanför dörren har du längdspåret och skoterleden sedan är det 1,5km till vemdalsskalet som har skidbackar, restauranger, skishop, mataffärer och afterski. Övrig tid på året så kan ni vandra eller cykla. Skalet erbjuder down Hill i backen som du lätt cyklar till. Ni tar med sängkläder och handdukar. Städ lägger vi på men går att göra själva om man önskar då tillkommer en tillsynsavgift på 500 kr
