Lyda was a great host, quick to respond to inquiries, the place was tidy and clean with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Public transportation was close and it was easy to get around Perth from this location.

Wonderful homestay, clean, well equipped and spacious. The only drawback is the toilet door lock, not functioning. The rest are wonderful.

From the point of booking, to pre-arrival message to let me know what to expect, to the welcome message at her front door and beautiful fresh flowers, thoughtful map and guide provided, cosy place with all the amenities you need, it’s the place to be if you want to feel at home while exploring Perth! 15 mins walk to Albany highway strip with lots of cafes and restaurants and a quick 5 mins drive to Kmart and Coles. We have stayed in Aileen’s accommodation for 2 nights as part of our multigenerational family trip. The stay was one of the highlights of our trip. The house was exceptionally clean, well-maintained and well-cared for. The entire place was spacious and there was room for everyone to spread out. The kids loved the outdoor space and sports equipment. The house is tastefully decorated and is a sight for sore eyes. There were plenty amenities and features such as filtered hot/cold water system, ride on toy car, baby cot, highchair etc, that made our stay even more enjoyable. Aileen is a great host, she has allowed us to pick fruit off the trees in the garden. We would highly recommend this accommodation.

Im travelling with 4 elderly and everyone enjoyed their stay here. The space was really cosy and clean, and the heating was rlly good during our stay here nearing the winter season! We also managed to cook a breakfast spread with the amenities available. The beds were comfortable too!

Absolutely loved our stay at Paton House. Beautifully designed house with a wonderful cosy vibe. The location is perfect. Chanel was an outstanding host and was always so responsive. We are already planning for our next weekend getaway to Freo just so we can be back in Paton House.

Kasia’s gorgeous little apartment is the perfect little get away in the city with access to great venues and walking distance to the CBD and sporting venues. The little details like butter in the fridge and a selection of breakfast cereals is a nice little and welcome touch. The very clean, gorgeous smelling unit is perfect for couples or for a small family of 4 like ours. We would certainly stay again and again if needed and available. The only tip for future guests like us with a larger 4WD, the 1.92m limit in the car basement made it a little challenge with only being able to exit via the main entry so keep that in mind. Rami's place is exceptionally clean, tidy, quiet, and spacious—a truly cosy and welcoming home. The house is well-equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The beds are soft, and the bedroom lighting creates a warm, relaxing atmosphere. The unit comfortably accommodates five people, with the fifth person able to sleep on the sofa if needed. We especially appreciated the added convenience of a dryer and dishwasher. The bathroom also features a heated towel rail, which is perfect for staying warm after a bath or shower. Everything about our stay was superb!

Nice stay in the heart of carousel shopping centre.. if you are shopaholic or want different verity of foods then this place is perfect for you.. staying here 2nd time .. always feel like home

I needed another heater and sharp knife which were promptly attended to . The folder with appliance instructions was easy to find . My privacy was respected too. A very comfortable bed meant a good night’s sleep.

Had the opportunity to spend two weeks at this lovely apartment while working in Perth recently. Plenty to see and do; ate out most nights at different nearby restaurants and took advantage of the nearby river loop everyday for a run with stunning scenery!

We really enjoyed staying at the Lyric Pad. The hosts made us feel very welcome and the unit is very clean , modern and comfy . The location was great and if needed , the railway is nearby. Central Maylands is nearby , so all your shopping needs are catered for , plus many different types of coffee shops and restaurants to choose from . The Lyric bar is nearby for evening entertainment . It’s a lovely place to stay .

This was our second time staying at this place. Despite the construction next door and the mild noise from the club opposite on the weekends, the location of this Airbnb was unbeatable. With only a 3-5 min walk to the beach, corner store, fish and chips, and gelato, it was just a great holiday for the whole family. Kitchen is well equipped and stocked and there were beach toys for the kids as well. Melissa was even kind enough to offer a cot and high chair, which we didn't need, for our kids before we had arrived. Thanks for the hospitality!

Bright, clean and airy. Jen’s place was a little oasis within walking distance to cafes, shops and Fremantle tourist sights. The cleanliness and well resourced apartment made the stay comfortable and was much appreciated. It would be particularly good for long term stays. Excellent communication, parking was a bonus. Definitely recommend.

Shey was proactive in giving us check in instructions and reminders were also sent the day before we checked out. Appreciate the clear instructions. Lovely sunset view greeted us when we checked in. We love her cosy apartment which was perfect for a small family. It is just a short drive away from the heart of Fremantle and also near the ferry terminals for those looking to travel to Rottnest Island. We appreciate the breakfast items provided too. Plenty of room for our family of four to stay comfortably. The space is clean and quiet with greenery outside to relax in. Location is also great being near Fremantle and other necessary amenities. Washing machine can run a bit too loud but that’s about it.
