Newly built in 2023, this 2 suite property is conveniently located off of Highway 2, in Ackerman Valley, Devils Lake. This property has a 20’ by 30’ heated garage, two bedrooms, full kitchen, living room and 2 bathrooms. Sleeping capacity is seven (7) persons, exceptions could be accepted with owners permission. Restaurants are a short drive away! All amenities, including Wi-Fi, are available. An outdoor propane grill and picnic table are onsite!

There is a Blackstone grill, outdoor propane grill, large electric skillet, propane single & dual burner stove, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, Crock Pot, utensils, and basic condiments.
