Vacation rentals with a pool in Benešov District

Great private place to stay as a young family, or group of friends. Pool and terrace are perfect. Steep stairs to the sleeping area, so have that in mind in case you have issues, but nothing too difficult. Kitchen has all amenities you need.

Pěkný, čistý, moderně zařízený dům. Využili jsme ubytovaní v obou částech domu a byli moc spokojení. Jediné mínus je špatný signál, jak na volání, tak WiFi, ale vzhledem k tomu,že jsme většinu času trávili na výletech v okolí, nevadilo nám to. Hned za domem les, krásné prostředí, velmi se nám líbilo.

Very nice home. Everything is very clean and new and in very good condition. Perfect equipped kitchens with all what you need. The house is in a quiet area. For people which like nature the best choice. Also very easy to do a trip to Prague by train or car as well as to go hiking or making a canoe tour. We did all of those topics and were very satisfied with the different activities you can do in this area. Clear recommendation for other guests. We came from Germany (2 adults together with our 4 kids) and rented the whole house, staying for one week. Really more than enough space.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, sehr ruhig. Perfekt zum Entspannen.

Wir haben einen verlängertes Wochenende in Eduards Unterkunft verbracht und waren begeistert! Die Unterkunft ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, alles passt perfekt zueinander. In dem Ferienhaus fehlt es an nicht. (Von Waschmaschine + Trockner bis zu den Gästehausschuhen ist alles vorhanden) Der Wellnessbereich ist super zur Erholung geeignet. Man hat sich sofort wie Zuhause gefühlt. Eduard ist ein super Gastgeber, er ist sehr freundlich und stand immer für alle Fragen zur Verfügung. Ein nahegelegenen Restaurant ist drei Minuten zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt. Vielen Dank für alles und wir hoffen das wir irgendwann nochmal wiederkommen!

This is a really fantastic house. We were two families (four adults and five kids) and the layout, with 4 bedrooms upstairs, and a big open space with a long table (and plenty of chairs) downstairs, was wonderful. We did not lack for space at all. We could also use the grill on the terrace and eat dinner there during the evening. The house was perfect for the kids- they had enough room to play in the living room while we prepared meals. The furnishing, towels, etc. are simple and not fancy, and the kitchen has plenty of dishes and pots and pans for large groups. We had everything we needed. The house is located in a really relaxing and beautiful environment, outside of the city. We drove one day into Prague and it took around 45 minutes, but otherwise our goal was to relax in nature, and we accomplished this well! We could even swim indoors during the rainy day we had -- a huge blessing. It was great to be able to communicate directly with Aleš, who answered all of our questions promptly. It's important to know that Aleš takes a deposit of 300 euros in cash upon arrival, because the the sauna and the pool require a lot of extra electricity costs. Since he comes for check-in and check-out we were able to deal with the deposit formally and directly and it was not a problem.
