Cozy and comfortable apartment in a central location very close to exits to the main road (Ayalon), a short drive from Tel Aviv, from Rishon LeZion and the center of the whole country. The apartment is located about 5 minutes walk from the Bat Yam mall, 5 minutes walk to the light rail and in a very accessible location for public transportation. Only 15 minutes walk to the beach. A light and airy apartment with good energy! The apartment consists of 2 rooms: a bedroom with a double bed, and a living room with a comfortable sofa that can be used as an extra bed.

Nice studio bedroom, best for single or two people (No children and or pets please) Very close to the beach (less than 100 meters), private lawn to sit and watch the sunset. 20 min from Tel Aviv by car. Small kitchen for small meals and snacks. Nespresso machine included. The room is located in a very quiet area. Please no BBQs or loud music. Explicitly PLEASE No Smoking in the room.
