The villa, with its terraces spread over several levels, overlooks the Gulf of Policastro and the coast of Basilicata. The uninterrupted union between architecture and nature is made possible by the flights of stairs that connect the parts of the villa. All around, a majestic garden surrounds the house and makes your eyes look peaceful.

Just 900 meters from the beach, accessible via a convenient one-way street, this cozy first-floor apartment is perfect for a relaxing vacation. Located near the main street of the village, it offers easy access to tobacco shops, groceries, pubs, and other amenities. The apartment is on the ground floor. It was the old house of my grandparents, whom they built with their own hands with the support (solidarity) of the women of the village. They bore on their heads the stones that make up the structure of the wall. The reward? Dances and wine all night. Self-taught organist, my grandfather played and my grandmother welcomed all people. The Nest of Fortune

The mini house is located on “Largo Rupe” one of the most beautiful terraces overlooking the sea in Fiumefreddo Bruzio. Here is "The Medallion of Fortune" by the great master Salvatore Fiume, which depicts the blindfolded goddess. That's why I decided to name the house “Il Nido della Fortuna” (The Nest of Fortune).
