Vacation rentals with beach access in Belmont

Nice clean space. Convenient location. Comfortable and very peaceful. Erin was very accommodating and very responsive. Highly recommend!

It was a wonderful spot for beach access. The owners were thoughtful and provided all the necessary beach toys and equipment, making it easy to enjoy the sun and surf. I especially loved the beautiful morning sunrises—definitely worth waking up early for! While the noise from the nearby road was noticeable at times, it didn’t detract from the overall experience. It’s a great place for anyone looking to be close to the beach. Overall, I had a good time and truly appreciate the hospitality!

Awesome stay! Easily walkable to the beach and restaurants, the space was relaxing and a great deal, and the host was very easy to communicate with. Hope to come back again!

This was my 2nd visit with Elizabeth and every effort will be made to make it my go-to place to stay while in the Hampton, NH area. Everything is 1st class, super clean and easy to travel about along the NH seacoast. Even got in some pickleball matches at the walking distance park! Highly recemmend choosing Elizabeth's place for all your seacoast visits.

In my opinion, this Airbnb exceeded my expectations. The host was exceptional, and the property met all my requirements. It was well-equipped and immaculately clean. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient stay. I eagerly anticipate booking with Emily again in the future.

Marco’s spot was a nice stopping point for us between Cape Cod and Portland. Comfy, had what we needed. Really close walk to a nice beach, we went there twice. Marco was great to talk to and recommended a wonderful restaurant nearby - had a delicious dinner there. We really liked the vibe of the area.

I had a quiet and peaceful stay here at the end of the year. Great home and host!

Fantastic house, two doors down from the beach. Plenty of bedding and seating for large groups. All modern appliances. Very clean and comfortable. Great sunlight. Gagan is awesome to deal with and on top of everything. Would love to stay there again.

From the moment we booked this property the host was communicating and super helpful! She gave us recommendations and also when we told her we were going to Salem she sent us the T station schedule and told us what line we needed to get on! The house was absolutely breathtaking! So comfortable and we felt so at home that we didn’t want to leave. So thankful we found this place and can’t wait to stay again!

Kim was very responsive. I was not able to see the August lock link to get in, but she was able to assist with that. We had an issue with the heat the first night and she got right on getting a plumber and had space heaters in the unit to get us through the first night. She also refunded some money for that first night's troubles, which was really appreciated. Easy walk to the beach and we got lucky and had a decent day in March to walk it a little. Thanks for sharing your space.

Adorable home, it’s older so a few quirks, the A/C didn’t work in the master and it’s very very bright early in the morning. The porch is fantastic, the location can’t be beat for beach access. It’s the perfect size for 4 people. Highly recommend!

We truly loved our stay! The perfect location for families who want to be near the water. Communication was great and the house is prepared and well stocked with a cozy feel.

Well-renovated cottage with lots of light and open space. Host keeps it very clean and is communicative and responsive. 5-minute walk and you're on the sand. It's an incredible stretch of beach - the Atlantic pounds and roars one day and then laps the next. Phenomenal walking from sunrise to sunset. Neighborhood is a dense mix of older bungalows and multi-million dollar new homes. The vibe is relaxed, friendly and beach-focused. The street parking restrictions limit traffic, congestion and noise, which makes the cottage and the community even more special.

My stay at the Marsh-Mellow, hosted by MaryJane, was phenomenal. From check-in to check-out, the process was simple as MaryJane had clear, detailed instructions on how to enter as well as great recommendations on what to do in the area. I have no hesitation when I recommend this space as your next getaway trip. You will not be disappointed!

We had such a fantastic time, the only complaint is that it went by too quickly! Arun provided thorough instructions and was very responsive and friendly in communications. We were so appreciative that a special request was very kindly granted for a disabled family member. The place was just as pictured and had everything we needed. It was very clean and comfortable. The location could not be better, right in the heart of the Hampton boardwalk. Our favorite thing was sitting out on the balcony watching the waves roll in and enjoying observing all of the activity going on below us. We were lucky enough to be there on a night the fireworks went off and could not have had a better view right from that balcony! We would definitely recommend a stay here and hope to be able to return soon!

Kevin's place was amazing in so many ways. Location is the first! Not only is his rental across from the beach and you can gaze at the crashing waves to your hearts content, but his space was well appointed; we didn't use the kitchen much, but when we did, we had what at we needed at our fingertips. There were things left from other guests available for you to use. The condo was clean and what you see in the pictures is EXACTLY what you get. Check is was the easiest checkin I could imagine-there WERE PICTURES. You can't mess it up. Kevin was super responsive when we needed him. The only thing to consider is parking is in the back of the condo and you must pass thru a low clearance corridor from route 1a to the parking lot. Those with a high clearance vehicle or a thule rack or j bars for kayaks might have an issue with clearance. We have a siennna with no roof racks and had no issues. Thank you, Kevin, we will happily return!!

Really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean and the electronic fireplace made us felt at home and comfortable. I especially loved the small touches with the books and games tucked away above the tv waiting to be found. Also we got a nice surprise on NYE with some fireworks on the beach. The hardest thing to figure out was where the trash room was but José sent a picture which helped a lot.

Great accomodations at a great price especially during ice fishing derby weekend. Within minutes to Belmont Beach and Ahern State park for lake access and 20 mins to Derby HQ on main lake Winni. Centrally located to plenty of activities. Cozy accomodations and host was super informative pre-checkin or anything we needed. Although the game room is closed during winter, we are excited to come back in summer to utilize.

We had a fabulous time at Meg’s Condo. The location was perfect and the unit was spotless! Also the beds were very very comfortable!! Highly recommend this to anyone!!
