Me and my grandchildren really enjoyed our stay! The property is beautiful with its pastures, the pond, the swimming pool/hot tub, and the pavilion. The house was very clean, and so cute with its farmhouse and cow decor. The kids loved fishing, swimming, and swinging on the tree swing, and I enjoyed the peace and relaxation after a day of shopping. I look forward to staying there again when we visit Round Top!

Very beautiful and charming cottage. Beautifully decorated, large private porch with rocking chairs. It had everything that we needed and really enjoyed our stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming cottage and was absolutely delighted by the experience. The photos in the listing, while lovely, don’t fully capture the warmth and beauty of this hidden gem; it’s truly even more enchanting in person. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the cozy ambiance and thoughtful touches throughout the space. The living area is both comfortable and inviting, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. The kitchen is well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy them in the quaint dining nook. The bedroom offers a restful retreat with its plush bedding and serene decor. Waking up to the gentle sounds of nature and sipping coffee on the private patio was a highlight of my mornings. The surrounding area is picturesque, offering plenty of opportunities for leisurely walks and immersing oneself in the local scenery. The host’s hospitality was exceptional, providing helpful recommendations and ensuring a seamless stay.

Perfect place for a get away. We loved the chickens, visits from Jami and her calf, and the peacocks were fun to watch also. The attention to detail by the hosts was impeccable. We had everything we needed and more. We will definitely be back.

Love staying here - the scenery is unbeatable with giant old oak trees, the surroundings are peaceful and the wildflowers were gorgeous! The wigwam house is comfortable and has everything you need. Will stay again.

The cottage was beautiful and just down the road from a beautiful field of bluebonnets. The fresh eggs in the refrigerator were a nice bonus.

Very comfortable place and tucked away with a few other cottages close by. You are definitely near a farm, which I liked, but the cow(s) were not heard inside. They had coffee but maybe some extras would be nice at least during the low season of Roundtop. Love that there were no TVs to be found in the cottage and got great sleep!

Great house and great patio! We enjoyed the porch swing while listening to the creek and watching the birds.

The Sunset Cottage was absolutely perfect for our Son’s Ring Dunk. The house was cozy and super clean. The outdoor area was amazing! Love the outdoor kitchen, long dining table, living area and fireplace. Dey and Raul went above and beyond to provide us with all of the essentials and then some. We had a wonderful time playing lawn games, cards and listening to music. Perfect for large families! We will definitely be back and will highly recommend this property.

I had an amazing stay at Annie's Airbnb! The place was just as beautiful as the photos promised clean, private, and incredibly peaceful. It truly felt like a perfect getaway. The setting was serene, allowing me to unwind and enjoy the tranquility of nature. Annie was also a wonderful host she was very responsive, friendly, and made sure everything was set up for a smooth stay. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a quiet, peaceful stay!!

Me and some friends stayed at Theo’s for a simple girly get away. If i could rate this 10 stars i would. Everything was nice and clean, there was plenty of TP and Towels. Lots of games to play! And the lake view was amazing. I love how there was a fan in every room too. Theo’s communication was top tier. I had a dumb blonde moment trying to get into the home and as soon as I let Theo know , she was already on the way to help. I would DEFINITELY come back , vacation or not. Best BnB i’ve been in so far!

The place is great. The fire pit is nice. The ride was fun. Walking around the property you can find sheds if you go off the beaten path. We had a great time out there

We had a great stay! Alycia was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The space was cozy and perfect for relaxing. We were staying for a trip to the ren fest and the drive was easy- only around 25 minutes. The bed was super comfy and we felt right at home. We were also visited by the cutest little black cat each morning. Wonderful stay and great host!

I loved this place!! Same price as the local roach motel I usually get. Private and clean. I will book again!!

Second stay at this sweet cottage. Perfect for needs when in area for a few days. It’s even cuter than the picture! It’s very peaceful and relaxing with everything I need. Erica couldn’t be a more gracious host and I look forward to staying here again.

This is our 4 th time staying at The Bloom Inn and The Beatie Cottage. Every time we are welcomed with a clean, comfortable relaxing away from home surroundings. Jennifer is a very attentive host and always pays attention to every detail to make our stay effortless. We can't say enough about this cute little historical gem close to Round Top and all it has to offer.

This little country home worked very well for our stay. Just know there isn’t closets in this little cottage if you planned to hang up clothes. We didn’t need. Hot water is great. Overall it’s perfect little place. We will use it again if back in the area.
